AutoNation Chrysler Jeep West - Service Center

Had a service appt on 8/8 at 7am. Advisor told me the car diagnosis would be done by 2pm. Didn’t hear back, called the next day & was told it was assigned to a tech. No update. Day 3 Advisor told me the car diagnosis would be done by 2pm. Didn’t hear back, called the next day & was told it was assigned to a tech. No update. Day 3 was told it was finally being looked at. Was finally determined 1 of 2 issues was covered under warranty. Took 2 more days to acquire a rental car. Communication was horrible. Finally got the car back after 9 days for an A/C leak and found tools left in my car. Puncture and damage to leather seats and dash. Will not take my car back. More

Caught a nail in my tire on my way down on I70 and it started to loose air pressure. I was close by the dealership and decided to do a pit stop. Service dept. was very busy but neverless they tried me to started to loose air pressure. I was close by the dealership and decided to do a pit stop. Great follow up from Mike on the Jeep repair requirements. A bit longer delay on obtaining parts than I would have liked but that's life in America now. Finished repair works great. I find that Marek and Danielle in the service department are very knowledgeable and able to take care of all my service n my lifetime warranty work.
