My most recent experience at AutoNatioin Chrysler Jeep West was the best I've had in a long time at a dealership. I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for service for transmission issues. He worked closely with myself and third party warranty company. He communicated every step of the process and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle repair was processed in a timely manner. More

Had extensive brake work done here a year ago. When started hearing noise when applying brakes, made an appointment to have it checked out. Appointment was set with the agreement that my daughter could drop the car in the morning and pick it up after work. Called at 2:15 because had not heard from them. Said Daniel had gone home. When I asked what that meant, they said they would look at the car and get back to me. An hour later I called several times and no one answered until my daughter called from her phone. She was told there was nothing wrong with the car in spite of the noises we and everyone who rides in the car hears. I now have to take it elsewhere to see what's going on for safety sake and wasted that whole day at Chrysler dealership. Will not be bringing the car back there for any reason, of course. More

During my last visit I asked if I could watch Chris, the mechanic working on my car, rotate the tires on my car. I was taken over the bay where the work was taking place and was shown where I could watch Chris and not interfere with his work. Chris spontaneously added a running dialog for my benefit of what he was doing and why. This for me was an example of going the extra mile to deliver caring service. I really appreciated his efforts and the high quality of care he puts into his work. This is why I believe so strongly in their efforts to provide the best possible support for their cars. More
