My most recent experience at AutoNatioin Chrysler Jeep West was the best I've had in a long time at a dealership. I took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler in for service for transmission issues. Had extensive brake work done here a year ago. When started hearing noise when applying brakes, made an appointment to have it checked out. Appointment was set with the agreement that my daughter could drop the car in the morning and pick it up after work. Called at 2:15 because had not heard from them. Said Daniel had gone home. When I asked what that meant, they said they would look at the car and get back to me. An hour later I called several times and no one answered until my daughter called from her phone. She was told there was nothing wrong with the car in spite of the noises we and everyone who rides in the car hears. I now have to take it elsewhere to see what's going on for safety sake and wasted that whole day at Chrysler dealership. Will not be bringing the car back there for any reason, of course. More
