Did warranty repairs, took 3 months. We appreciate Danny getting everything covered and our Jeep repaired. It’s ridiculous for the Service Rep to be on the phone, on hold, for long lengths of time just to get through. This process needs to be revamped. More

Not very happy with the service department as I've had my 2022 Gladiator in there for the Jeep shakes and less than six thousand miles later it's doing it again---and they can't get it in for over a month. Appointment was at 10am. Didn’t leave until 2pm. Oil change, tire rotation & brake check (all made during the online booking process). Appointment was booked on 12/28/2022 f Didn’t leave until 2pm. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t commit to them. I understand the labor shortages happing as I am in the construction industry, but don’t over book and leave customers waiting hours. Had a missing tire valve cap, they did not even replace it. Asked about the brakes, was told they don’t see the notes from the booking we make and was told to power wash rotors?!?! I’m not confident the brakes are even checked. More
