Not sure what just happened I brought my wrangler in for a warranty repair of my tailgate, and asked them to check out the squeaks in the suspension as well as the recall item on I brought my wrangler in for a warranty repair of my tailgate, and asked them to check out the squeaks in the suspension as well as the recall item on the transmission cooler. The rep who took my auto said no problem, he would send the request off to the warranty division and complete the suspension work and recall item that day. I got a shuttle ride home and waited. and waited...and waited until I finally had to call back at nearly 5pm. Come to find out they didn't do any work at all. The warranty work was approved but parts had to be ordered, Ok I can live with that. Turns out the 1 and only part they had in stock to complete my recall was damaged, so they couldn't do that either. So while they were unable to do those items, they figured lets just wait on the suspension and do it all when I come back. I feel like I left my Jeep with them all day for really no reason. I know I would have to come back anyway, but seemed like a big waste of time. The rep told me that they were very short on mechanics that day, so I guess this is why. Ill give them another shot but I am certainly hoping for more. More

Mr. Wadw Rolleson was prompt and curteous in his response to my phone inquiries and made the whole car/truck buying experience very enjoyable. I had previous dealings with Travis 2 and 1/2 years earlier and I was glad he was there again on this transaction. Mr. McFarren ordered me a owners manual that was missing on the vehicle and even gave me son usefull information about the truck as he owns a similar vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience for me and my wife to deal with Go Chrysler Jeep on South Broadway. I have bought my cars always from Allan, and have chose to have them all serviced there. My experience with sales has always been very good, low pressure, honest, and good pricing. My experience with service has as well always been exceptional to say the least. I've worked with several gentleman when getting my car fixed or serviced, and I always get treated good. They are always friendly, and have always taken care of all my needs no matter what. I feel like dealers get a bad name, GO Jeep definitely changed the way I thought about them. I would recommend the GO stores, and especially GO Jeep to anyone interested in buying a car, or getting theirs serviced. More

My experience with the Sales Department has been super. They have always treated me fairly and have presented me with the best deal possible! To me the sensible thing to do as far as service work is concerned, is to have the dealer you purchased your vehicles from, do your service work as well. A Chrysler dealership will know your Chrysler vehicle better than anyone. The Service Department has also been outstanding. The entire Service Department starting with the Parts Department has been outstanding and has treated me great! This dealer has the greatest group of guys working here that you can imagine. You can count on top quality parts and top quality work being performed on your vehicle!! They will always go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the work done on your cars. I would highly recommend Go Chrysler Jeep in Littleton to anyone for your vehicle purchases, and/or service work. More
