Mr. Wadw Rolleson was prompt and curteous in his response to my phone inquiries and made the whole car/truck buying experience very enjoyable. His knowledge of a used Dodge Ram 1500 was exceptional even tho to my phone inquiries and made the whole car/truck buying experience very enjoyable. I had previous dealings with Travis 2 and 1/2 years earlier and I was glad he was there again on this transaction. Mr. McFarren ordered me a owners manual that was missing on the vehicle and even gave me son usefull information about the truck as he owns a similar vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience for me and my wife to deal with Go Chrysler Jeep on South Broadway. My experience with service has as well always been exceptional to say the least. I've worked with several gentleman when getting my car fixed or serviced, and I always get treated good. They are always friendly, and have always taken care of all my needs no matter what. I feel like dealers get a bad name, GO Jeep definitely changed the way I thought about them. My experience with the Sales Department has been super. They have always treated me fairly and have presented me with the best deal possible! To me the sensible thing to do as far as service work is concerned, is to have the dealer you purchased your vehicles from, do your service work as well. A Chrysler dealership will know your Chrysler vehicle better than anyone. The Service Department has also been outstanding. The entire Service Department starting with the Parts Department has been outstanding and has treated me great! This dealer has the greatest group of guys working here that you can imagine. You can count on top quality parts and top quality work being performed on your vehicle!! They will always go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the work done on your cars.
