I dropped my car off the night before my scheduled appointment. It was not seen for a full 24 hours after my scheduled appointment. Once seen though they identified all the problems and issues. Looking over the car after I received it back it appeared to be in good clean condition. Driving home it handled well and responded well to my directions. Ben did a wonderful job. He called me to ask if I wanted to also include my 30,000 mile check up since I only had another thousand miles before I reached 30,000 miles. If I could give zero stars, I would. My backup camera started glitching out and not working shortly after I took my car in for a recall fix. I made an appointment and then when I got there was told it wo started glitching out and not working shortly after I took my car in for a recall fix. I made an appointment and then when I got there was told it wouldn’t be looked at for 3-5 days. I was told I was suppose to get updates and never did. When I finally got ahold of someone towards the end on the 6th day, they told me it was ready for pick up, but they didn’t have the part to fix my back up camera. They wanted to charge me $665 just for the part to replace the whole camera. When we took the car home and looked at the paperwork, they didn’t even do a full diagnostic. My fiancé ended up looking at it and realized one of the plugs was loose. Which the dealership didn’t even check. Needless to say, my camera is now fully working again without the help of the useless dealership who probably was the ones who loosened the plug. We also noticed on the paperwork, some updates were done that should of been done when the car went in to be fixed on the recall. Will NEVER be going back there. More
