I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years and my last experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told it couldn't be looked at until Monday or Tuesday which I my last experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told it couldn't be looked at until Monday or Tuesday which I accepted because I didn't have an appointment, but dropped it off because of the engine light was on. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and Thursday. It was finally looked at Friday and I was told the PCM needed replacing, but they couldn't do it because none of their suppliers had one. A quick look on line showed many places to get a PCM. In the past, I had an intake manifold problem, so the parts manager found one at a salvage yard, I bought it, took it to Autonation and they installed it--problem solved! This time I was told no. More
Always happy to bring my van into this location to be services. Times are tough with the pandemic, but they handled the new restrictions with ease and didn't make me feel uncomfortable by complaining abo services. I scheduled an appointment, dropped my Renegade off and was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. They had my Renegade for over a month, I had to call weekly to find out wh was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. They had my Renegade for over a month, I had to call weekly to find out what was going on. Parts were back ordered. Very frustrating that I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on and it took so long. Of course it wasn't an inexpensive fix for the passive entry system idiot light that was on. They've done work on my Renegade before, this is the first not good review. More
