Routine oil change service while I wanted. Done within reasonable time and staff is very friendly. First of all. I’ve had to reschedule more than once. Each time at least a month out. My original appt was on the power outage mid December. I was told somebody would call back to set up ANOTHER appt. Never did. I had to call back in January and was told it was a three week wait. I set an appt for mid February. My husband got there ON TIME. Then was told an appt was not on the books after I have received TWO appt reminder emails. My husband waited over an hour half to finally see the car get a simple and quick oil change. Took another 45 mins to get the car back. Didnt even get a car wash. Which used to be complimentary. Waiting there was a zoo. Needless to say. Very disorganized and lengthy wait for an oil change that I pre paid when purchased the car from you guys three years ago. Unfortunately I will not be buying again from this location. Luckily I only have one more oil change to do there and then, bye. More

Yes I would recommend them with reservations. Be sure to get an upfront cost on the repairs or service. I ended up with a $2000 bill for the 100K maintenance on our jeep. To start off with they had my Jeep for THREE WEEKS. I was consistently lied to about the estimation of completion- first started out with 5 days, then another 5 days, then 7 days, etc, etc. I never once received an update call from them to let me know the timeline had been pushed back. I fully understand being behind on repairs/busy/having a long wait list of vehicles to service, but you should be calling your customers to inform them of this. My car sat in the back lot for 3 weeks before even having a diagnostic ran on it. I asked multiple times if I could go pick up the car and bring it back when my turn in line for repairs came up and was told by Ben very rudely no and I would lose my place in line. I have severe health issues and need a vehicle for doctors appointments, emergencies, etc. The amount of unprofessionalism and utter disrespect we experienced from Ben is unbelievable. This has (and continues to be) one of the worst experiences I've ever had. You are already stressed out when your car is having issues and the service provider should not be adding to that stress. Talk about shady car mechanics. The peak of this story was after I was finally able to pick up my car after it was "fixed", I did not even go 24 hours before all the problems returning and returning WORSE than before. They literally fixed NOTHING and in fact things are now worse. I also have a crack on my windshield as well that was not there before. I think Ben just wanted to stop dealing with us and bypassed all repairs to be in a condition where I could pick up and then he could wipe his hands clean. I called and spoke to Ben yesterday about this and asked for a refund and issue resolution since I was just charged money for this repair that did not even occur. He was beyond rude and said no and was just dead silent on the phone and I kept having to say "hello?", clearly he could not care less. We are now filling a police report, contacting BBB, and filing a dispute with my credit car company today. This is ridiculous and absolutely unbelievable this happens at a place that is suppose to be a reputable Jeep dealership. I can not caution you enough with trusting your vehicle here. More
My recent 60,000 mile service was perfect. Ben walked me through all the options for the service and was very transparent about what the corresponding costs would look like.
