I have been going to this dealership for service a long time now. I'm usually happy with my experience. I'm not happy with my last visit. I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. First time the service representative never discussed additional services with me. They even managed to bend a plastic mudflap. Very disappointing service vist. More

Kept my jeep for 3 weeks, they never inspected it, never received a call, an update or anything. Went from 4 car's ahead, to 6 ahead some how kept getting more cars ahead of me.
