I have had a good experience in the past, but my latest experience was quite frustrating. It took 3 weeks to get an appointment, and when I took my car in, they told me it would be another 5-6 days to even assess the issue. After 8 days I finally called them to inquire about my car. There was poor communication all along the way. It was very unprofessional and I didn't feel I had any advocate working to get our car fixed and returned in a timely manner. More

It was well after 5 before my car's oil change and tire rotation was completed. No one was rude, they just weren't welcoming, not helpful. I didn't know where I supposed to go or what to do. I just stood in the service area until someone noticed me. The nicest person was the man that brought my paperwork at the end and showed me to my car. He was all the things other personnel were missing. I will say they were better than previous experience at AutoNation on Arapahoe Road. I left messages there several times with no call back. Sadly, Courtesy Service has gone away. You go because you have to, not because you think it will be pleasant. More
Buying the jeep was a great experience but the service department is poorly ran. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. When I was transferred to speak with an advisor he was rude and never once a department is poorly ran. The staff is very rude and not helpful at all. When I was transferred to speak with an advisor he was rude and never once asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment. I was also told that I had to drop off my jeep on appointment date and that it would be 2 weeks before they even look at it, which is completely ridiculous!! After weeks of waiting I finally got my jeep in to be looked at and I was called back with a diagnosis that wasn’t exact. It was basically them suggesting that it could possibly be one thing or the other. Keep in mind they had my jeep for several days. And then it was a constant upsale of a ton of other services after that. After I respectfully declined I was once again met with a rude and very unprofessional attitude by the young lady in the service department. My Willys jeep wrangler is a lease and has a little over 20 K miles and is very well kept and nothing they tried selling me on was covered under warranty. This is the second jeep I leased from this location, but I am definitely buying my jeep from another dealership next time. Worst service department I’ve ever dealt with!!! More
If I could give negative stars, I would. Second and LAST time I am EVER coming to this dealer... Incompetence and RUDE behavior seem to be the norm here. 56 plus hours and $200 dollars to perform a simple software upgrade? Why have me wait 4 weeks for an appointment if you are only going to make me wait multiple days to get someone to even LOOK at my vehicle?? The communication level from the service folks was abhorrent and filled with attitude and a complete lack of customer service. Getting someone to answer a call is out of the question. getting them to return a call in a reasonable amount of time (like 24 hours?!?), impossible... getting a straight answer without attitude and clearly made up information, not even close. I will drive extended lengths to ensure I NEVER enter this service center EVER AGAIN. I dont know who is running this show here, but I will certainly vote with my dollars and never endorse this place... My advice? throw a dart at a map of dealers and choose ANY other spot.. you will certainly be aggravated and disappointed in the way you are treated here... More
Arrived for a routine oil change. I was told it would be 60-75 minutes. I was there 2 hours & 45 minutes. I understand circumstances may arise, but a little communication goes a long way. When I paid, I was given excuses and apologies for the long delay. Again, communication (full disclosure) on the delay would be greatly appreciated, They did not reset my oil meter. When I callled back, I was on hold for 10-12 minutes. I had to call back twice to get full instructions on how to clear the meter. After being there for 2.45 hr, I was told, come back and we will correct it. Really?? This was the worst experience I have had there. In the past, it has not been this bad. More
The dealer has gone downhill over CoVid. Months out for an appointment and a week out for diagnostic. Don't even start on parts delay. Sales and management are short staff or don't care. They need a complete overhaul for me to go back or buy a new vehicle. Sad that it's gone so far downhill. More
