Madison was not very helpful, It took 2- trips in there to do a simple oil change and put 1- tire on. For the 2- trips this took about 5- hrs. Not very good service. In January I needed a thermostat. I had to schedule a recall appointment a few weeks out on a Tuesday. When I initially took the car in, they said the recalls would be addressed that day but that the other "service engine" problem would tak a Tuesday. However, that afternoon, I got a text informing me of the completed recall work and indicating what the service engine notification involved. A new thermostat after only 28,000 miles! Well, the good news was that they could order the part and have the car ready at the end of the week. When I said that I would need the car by mid-afternoon on Thursday, they were very accommodating and had the car ready when I need it. Other than the cost of the new part, I was very happy. Thanks. I was very disappointed with my service visit. I’d scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday, however, my car wasn’t even looked at until the following Friday (9 days later). Why did I schedule an appointment if my car wasn’t going to be looked at right away. I could have been driving my car the entire time. And don’t tell me that’s company policy, because policies can be changed. It’s just a stupid process that needs to be fixed. Also, I understand staffing levels are low, but again, that’s not my problem, you should figure that into your scheduling process. I would have been happy to wait another week to drop my car off.
