I had my Jeep towed to this dealership and it sat for 8 days, they did not even look at it and when I called, it would be another 4-5 days before they would take a look. I was renting a loaner and decided days, they did not even look at it and when I called, it would be another 4-5 days before they would take a look. I was renting a loaner and decided to have my Jeep towed to a different auto repair shop...they looked at it the same day and had it fixed the next day...I will never take my vehicle there again, no matter how far I have to have it towed. This dealer used to be better but is missing the mark in communication and service. Had an appointment to deal with an oil change and a check engine light. Evidently they didn’t have anyone to fix what wa communication and service. Had an appointment to deal with an oil change and a check engine light. Evidently they didn’t have anyone to fix what was causing the check engine light or even to look at it for over a week. The oil change took longer than expected and they tried to sell me new tires even though they had not reached the wear bar. The shuttle was not available as they said it would when I made my appointment. I understand that there is a worker shortage, but they should be clear and upfront with these issues instead of waiting until you are there. More

I know there's a lot of frustrations these days with how the pandemic has changed the way we all live and how it's changed quite a few businesses around us, but it's now the world that we live in and there' the pandemic has changed the way we all live and how it's changed quite a few businesses around us, but it's now the world that we live in and there's nothing that we can do to change it. I especially am very much appreciative with the help and customer-oriented mannerism with Ben Johnson with how well he took care of and kept me in the loop with everything that was going on with my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately, my Jeep had to be at the dealership for a couple of weeks, but Ben was truly doing everything he possibly could to speed everything up and was actually able to reduce the wait time by a couple of days. Everything was completely out of his control, and I totally commend Ben with how he handled the situation. I personally saw and witnessed 2 customers being so completely and terribly rude to Ben Johnson, but he never once got upset at these 2 mean people. Ben was the most professional person that I've ever seen given the situation that they put him into and with how wonderful he is, he was able to calm these 2 customers down and they ended up apologizing to Ben. It takes a very special person to handle a situation and people like that and the world needs more people like Ben Johnson in it. Thank you so very much for having such a wonderful Dealership Service Advisor as you have in Ben Johnson. Your service department has completely and totally earned my loyalty just because of Ben Johnson. There are other Jeep dealerships that I can take my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee to for service, but I'll ONLY bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway because of Ben. Thank you again for the wonderful and amazing experience that I had for this repair on my Jeep, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the wonderful gentleman Ben Johnson!!! More
