I had my Jeep towed to this dealership and it sat for 8 days, they did not even look at it and when I called, it would be another 4-5 days before they would take a look. This dealer used to be better but is missing the mark in communication and service. Had an appointment to deal with an oil change and a check engine light. Evidently they didn’t have anyone to fix what wa communication and service. Had an appointment to deal with an oil change and a check engine light. Evidently they didn’t have anyone to fix what was causing the check engine light or even to look at it for over a week. The oil change took longer than expected and they tried to sell me new tires even though they had not reached the wear bar. The shuttle was not available as they said it would when I made my appointment. I understand that there is a worker shortage, but they should be clear and upfront with these issues instead of waiting until you are there. More
