Ben was the BEST service advisor. I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need my vehicle for a minimum of 5-7 business days to fix the issue, they were able to fix it the next day in under 3 hours. They will definitely be getting my business from here on out. They put customer first. That's how you gain loyalty. More

The staff is very friendly & professional, waiting area comfortable with good accommodations. Had my first visit with the timeframe for service being what was promised. It took almost 4! years for AutoNation to complete recall work on my Jeep; they kept saying there were no parts available. Even tho I had no problem with the vehicle, years for AutoNation to complete recall work on my Jeep; they kept saying there were no parts available. Even tho I had no problem with the vehicle, that's unacceptable on the part of AutoNation and Chrysler. Once the vehicle was in for service, the staff were competent, friendly and efficient.
