Able to get my car in next day for possible engine related issue(s). Was diagnosed and new part installed that day. The take a long time to answer the phone. They rush you through and they out in on their system mileage incorrectly. The car was set in Kilometers. Maybe you need to hire more mechanics and service reps? I wanted to call to explain they put in the wrong mileage in the paperwork but I do not want to be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Moreover; when you use the automated system for a call back, you never get a call back. Poor service and it seems nobody cares. Your employees are burned out and I don’t blame them. Please take care of your employees, hire more people and maybe pay them more? That’s your decision, but I am not satisfied. More

I have consistently received poor service at this location. No one greets you or tells you to hold on when you walk in. After waiting 15 mins, one of the reps called me over. She was helpful through the process, which was a first. When I was checking out, I had been charged a random $64 “punch-in / time clock” on my bill that the rep. could not figure out what it was. Found out 2 weeks later that they also hadn’t topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Better experience than any other time, but still needs improvement. More
They squeezed me in on short notice for oil and filter change and had me out of there in less than an hour. Also sent me a video of everything they did and what the inspected.
