No response from dealership, since I last soke with the service advisor last Tuesday. If you really care about service, please call me. I need help and the service department seems lost at how to diagnose the root cause of this ongoing problem that cursed the vehicle since I bought it new. 15 years with my 4runner and it never spent a night at the dealership and never needed anything but maintenance. This Grand Cherokee has been nothing but a disappointment since the day I decided to buy it. (Buying it ...after sitting at the dealership for 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon with my checkbook, we finally had to leave and comeback Monday when it was more convenience for the finance department. And then it still took 2 hours more.)

After being told my windshield wiper motor was broken and I need a new one I brought my car into Christian Brother Automotive and they were able to identify the real problem and fix it for free. It took them 10 minutes out of their time to figure out the simple problem that needed to be fixed and actually fix it. You all really need to do better with your customer service. When a customer comes into your business to spend money to get their car fixed the least you could do is actually look at the car instead of not listening and having a full on argument. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!
