AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway - Service Center

I have been using Autonation Jeep on South Broadway in Littleton Colorado for the service and repairs on my Jeep for over 10 years. I trust them both with my vehicle but I like the South Broadway locstion better. They are prompt, competent and are more of a pleasure to deal with on a personal level. More

I would recommend that at least one sign be placed out front to direct drivers where the service entrance is. To me, I shouldn't even need to look for it, it should be that obvious. Both employees in the service area were very nice, but clearly that area is short-handed. I probably waited 10 minutes to be helped. When I returned, my car was sitting outside, ready to go. Set appointment for a warning light. Had the first appointment 7am. That day I never was contacted or updated. Even texted the assigned scheduler James. Next day again never heard anything and had to call again this time I called to inform that I was coming to pick it up. Due to this poor customer service I am taking my vehicle to another dealership. Lack of customer service! I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking I got maintenance done, which included a multi-point safety check. I drove just 3 miles from the dealer, and my car overheated with coolant leaking everywhere. They claimed they didn’t see this issue during their check and said it was just a coincidence. They refused to pay for a tow back to the dealer and told me they would need to keep my car for a week to inspect and fix it… and if you know, a week most likely will turn into weeks or even a month at this place. I can clearly see the coolant leakage — and I’m not even a mechanic — yet they say this wasn’t noticed during their safety check! What’s the point of doing regular maintenance every few months if they miss something as obvious as a torn hose and an empty coolant reservoir? Stay away from this place. The guy on the phone told me they could fix it right away, but in person, he was disrespectful, raised his voice, and refused to escalate the issue to a manager. Bree, James, and Chris are the service advisors at this place; and all of them lack customer service Dumb comments made by James included: you have only been coming here since 2021 so why would we let you know about your car maintenance!? Sir, I bought my car there, I have been going there since 2017. Other drumb comment “Leaks travel down by gravity” so if nothing was dripping then there wasn’t a leak!? The misogynistic energy was through the roof. I took my car somewhere else and got it fixed in 2 hours. More

I just had my windshield replaced. Jack was excellent at his job and knowledge. He even went out of his way to show me the correct way that it is done. It took multiple months for the recalled part to be available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. Borrowed a family members car since I was told it would be a few days until the Jeep available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment and was told that I would need to reschedule due to them not having the part. I specifically asked when scheduling the appointment if the part would be available when I brought my Jeep in for the appointment. I was reassured that the part was in. Nobody has told me any safety precautions with this recall. I assume the Jeep is safe to drive. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. All I was told was “Parts not in. You’ll have to reschedule.” More
