It took multiple months for the recalled part to be available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. Borrowed a family members car since I was told it would be a few days until the Jeep available. I reorganized my entire day so I could be available. I showed up at the dealership for my appointment and was told that I would need to reschedule due to them not having the part. I specifically asked when scheduling the appointment if the part would be available when I brought my Jeep in for the appointment. I was reassured that the part was in. Nobody has told me any safety precautions with this recall. I assume the Jeep is safe to drive. Nothing was done to rectify the situation. All I was told was “Parts not in. You’ll have to reschedule.” More

I made the mistake of buying from this place. I have not even made my third payment on this car, a 2019, and the engine is blown. Will they accept their wrongdoing and fix the blown engine and the recall parts that blew because of their negligence? NOPE, these snakes just want to keep passing the blame to someone else. We have been pushed around to dozens of other people, other phone numbers, other businesses, it is all just a run around. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SNAKES. Save your time and money by going to Colfax and pushing something on fire to your home. More
