Mr. Wadw Rolleson was prompt and curteous in his response to my phone inquiries and made the whole car/truck buying experience very enjoyable. I had previous dealings with Travis 2 and 1/2 years earlier and I was glad he was there again on this transaction. Mr. McFarren ordered me a owners manual that was missing on the vehicle and even gave me son usefull information about the truck as he owns a similar vehicle. All in all it was a very good experience for me and my wife to deal with Go Chrysler Jeep on South Broadway. I had a horrible experience last week at a different local Chrysler dealership - not a Go dealership - and came in prepared to be upset with these guys also - but that was just not the case. They were professional, courteous, friendly and patient with me - which sometimes isn't easy. They actually listened to what I said and worked very hard to make it all come true for me. I am now the VERY happy owner of a Chrysler 200. Ryan was totally awesome and knowledgeable about what I was asking for. He answered all of my questions, no matter how trivial, in a thorough and understandable manner. And Matt was right there through the journey - helping me to understand and work through some quirky spots. I am 60 years old and have NEVER had a more pleasurable experience in buying a car.Even when I went in today - after they already had the sale - they were both very attentive to helping me with some issues regarding certain aspects of how to work the more technical things to taking care of some paperwork issues that the finance manager did not get quite right. As I told Ryan today, working with them was ALMOST as much fun as my car itself. They were true professionals and what's more important to me, they were respectful, fun to deal with, didn't make me feel stupid and stayed on task to get the job done - VERY well done! Before buying my 2011 Jeep GC I shopped four dealerships. Go Chrysler Jeep was, by far, the best overall experience. Nate was the primary sales person and could not have been nicer to work with. Even though I have had four Jeeps before this 2011 and had done considerable research, I had a myriad of questions and concerns. Nate's patient, no-pressure approach and resolution of my questions was admirable. In particular when we made a special trip to show the car to my wife (The GJ will be hers during the week) he answered her questions and pointed out features she would be more apt to use. Nick too was quite knowledgeable and an excellent negotiator. His query re my USAA membership was very fortuitous and saved me additional costs. Eric's handling of the paperwork was very professional as well as personable. I have particularly appreciated Nathan's offers of further assistance after the deal was closed. The Go dealership really foccused on what we wanted in a vehicle instead of what they had in inventory. All the features were discussed in full for us to make our selection. They worked out an arrangement with that dealer and picked it up and delievered it the next day. We had a wonderful car buying experience and would recommend Ben Kippen and the other staff highly. They even had a technician stay overtime to add a couple of things we ordered for the car. We have bought several new cars but had the best experience ever at Go. More

I have bought many vehicles from GO Chrysler Jeep on Broadway, even when they were John Elway, all the way back to 15 years ago when they were John Elway and I think Emich. My experience with service has as well always been exceptional to say the least. I've worked with several gentleman when getting my car fixed or serviced, and I always get treated good. They are always friendly, and have always taken care of all my needs no matter what. I feel like dealers get a bad name, GO Jeep definitely changed the way I thought about them. I went in to Go Jeep a week or so before I purchased my Wrangler Unlimited. mainly because it's close to my work and I could poke around a bit during my lunch hour. Nick Schnelle, even though he's not a salesperson, (I actually think he's the GM) took the time to answer every question I could come up with, even though he knew I was not going to buy anything that day. To have a big wig, let alone a salesperson, continue to help you out after you make it clear that you're not buying that day was a nice change of pace. Most of the other dealers I had visited were long gone once they knew I wasn't going to buy right then and there. Nick knew the product inside and out, including all the aftermarket accessories that I'm gathering are part of the Jeep experience, and was really helpful in steering me towards the option package that was right for me. When I decided to buy the Jeep, I worked with Dan Meyer. Dan knew the product inside and out as well. I told Nick and Dan that I was giving them the first shot at the sale based on how I had been treated the following week and they seemed to genuinely appreciate that. After a reasonable amount of bickering regarding the value of my trade in, we made what I felt was a fair deal for both of us and off I went in my new Jeep.
