Normally i love going to autonation because they give me the best trade in value, well in this case i bought a 2018 JK wrangler that was used and was gonna have issues that was expected well immediately aft the best trade in value, well in this case i bought a 2018 JK wrangler that was used and was gonna have issues that was expected well immediately after getting the wrangler half the offroad lights shorted and wouldnt work. They also lest open live, yes LIVE wires to the trunk space and refused to remove them which im assuming is what melted the trunk anyways. Car had terrible wiring looks like a 4 year old did it i had to fix half the wiring myself, the factory muffler wouldnt fit. At this point the car was a money pit and was set up for failure so i gave the wrangler back and got my corvette back, immediately receiving the corvette the detailing was painfully done, it was absolutely terrible. I also left my beats and my gun magazine in the door accidentally and when the car was cleaned out they both disappeared out of thin air valuing of about 250 dollars, well i also left two pairs of oakleys in the jeep after switching things over to the corvette and i immediately called to have them check and one of the pairs is some how missing. Save your time and go the extra 30 min to a different dealership, the detailing is pathetic, the used vehicles are garbage and the customer service is even worse with mechanical and electrical problems on the vehicles. Would highly recommend to stay away from here. More

I scheduled an appointment, dropped my Renegade off and was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. They had my Renegade for over a month, I had to call weekly to find out wh was told it would be at least two days before they could even look at it. Very frustrating that I had to keep calling them to find out what was going on and it took so long. Of course it wasn't an inexpensive fix for the passive entry system idiot light that was on. They've done work on my Renegade before, this is the first not good review. More
