I've been going to this dealership for over 20 years and my last experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told it couldn't be looked at until Monday or Tuesday which I my last experience was very disappointing. I dropped off my car on a Thursday and was told it couldn't be looked at until Monday or Tuesday which I accepted because I didn't have an appointment, but dropped it off because of the engine light was on. Tuesday came and went as did Wednesday and Thursday. It was finally looked at Friday and I was told the PCM needed replacing, but they couldn't do it because none of their suppliers had one. A quick look on line showed many places to get a PCM. In the past, I had an intake manifold problem, so the parts manager found one at a salvage yard, I bought it, took it to Autonation and they installed it--problem solved! This time I was told no.
