Worst car buying experience ever. These guys are so quick to contact you or respond when they need something ( you to come purchase the vehicle or bring them the extra set of keys) bu These guys are so quick to contact you or respond when they need something ( you to come purchase the vehicle or bring them the extra set of keys) but will not get back to you when you have questions or issues. I left no less than 25 voicemails to a few different people who have yet to respond. I purchased my vehicle and it took 37 days for my trade-in vehicle to be paid off and my check to be handed to me. I refused to deal with them going forward and had to go to a different dealership for the title paperwork. I had Jordan helping me out at the other dealership and she is amazing. A complete 180 from anyone at Chrysler Jeep. Forget the whole 10 day payoff, I ended up having to make my next car payment on a car I traded in over a month ago. This place is a joke. My wife just purchased a brand new jeep elsewhere as we wouldn’t deal with these people again. So glad this experience is finally over. Stay clear if you want a smooth car buying experience. That’s all I will say. More
