AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway

After scheduling an appointment weeks in advance, we dropped off our Jeep only to be met with a rude service advisor who informed us that it would be another 10-15 days before they could even look at ou dropped off our Jeep only to be met with a rude service advisor who informed us that it would be another 10-15 days before they could even look at our vehicle. I tried calling back the next day to talk to the manager as that did not make any sense, otherwise what is the value of an appointment and how can people live without a vehicle for weeks at a time before they even look at it. When I called to talk to the manager, the same rude service advisor proceeded to try and get into an argument about the delay in service instead of forwarding my call to the manager. Once I talked to the manager, I received no further support than was provided by the advisor and only blame to the labor shortage for their inability to properly schedule their service department. I relayed the message that they should set the expectation with customers when they schedule the appointment so we can evaluate other dealerships. After these calls, I went to pick up my Jeep and take it to another dealership that properly communicated that they would look at it within 72 hours of dropping it off. I will not be going back to this dealership. More
