Autonation had my Jeep in for major repairs for 3 months! It was super frustrating, but they were great. The problems were, first of all, the supply chain issues we have all gotten used to. The last of the required parts showed up earlier this week, and it took too much back-and-forth with insurance to finally get this claim fully covered. Shout out to Ben Johnson, assistant service manager, who was super cooperative and communicative, and stayed on top of the supply chain and insurance. Thanks, Ben! More
