I feel that the Service Advisor I talked to wasn't entirely honest with me. I have a Chrysler 200. The issue was an oil change. My car tells me when it's time to change the oil. He told me the windo entirely honest with me. I have a Chrysler 200. The issue was an oil change. My car tells me when it's time to change the oil. He told me the window sticker said 22,000 miles or the first month of the new year. My car had 12,300 miles. He said I should change the oil and that the oil was bad after a year. I think he just wanted the sale. When my car was ready, he tried to tell me I should buy tires, too. Next time I will ask for someone else. This is where I bought my car and have it serviced. I have always been very happy with this dealership. I feel that some men take advantage of women. I have 4 free oil changes with the warranty package I bought. More
