Had a horrible experience at autonation, no one never contacted me for a month after I dropped off my jeep, and when I finally contacted them they said they had left me a voice message but I never got an contacted me for a month after I dropped off my jeep, and when I finally contacted them they said they had left me a voice message but I never got any kind of message. Always explains in great detail the work that's being done on my Jeep and why. She helps me keep my Jeep in great shape, and I really appreciate that! Ben was the BEST service advisor. I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need I went in for a recall issue and he and the team took the time to fix a check engine light issue while I was there! After being told they would need my vehicle for a minimum of 5-7 business days to fix the issue, they were able to fix it the next day in under 3 hours. They will definitely be getting my business from here on out. They put customer first. That's how you gain loyalty. More

I live 4. 5 hours away in rural Colorado. I spent a lot of time looking across the state to find the perfect Jeep for me. I found it at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep 5 hours away in rural Colorado. I spent a lot of time looking across the state to find the perfect Jeep for me. I found it at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. I worked with the sales team for several days ahead of making the commute to the dealer to pick up the car. I emailed the sales lead and his manager emphasizing the need to have everything in order so that I could sign and drive off with the car (I was returning my leased Tesla the same morning and returning to my home in Creede). I called and spoke with the sale lead the morning of pickup and confirmed when I would be there, and that I needed an extra key made (the car only came with one). When I showed up at the dealer, the finance team had no idea who I was, they had completed none of the paperwork required for the purchase, and they made me redo multiple documents that I had already done the week prior with the sales team, they were missing a letter from my bank that no one told me they needed, the car wasn’t ready, it had half a tank of gas, a locked gas cap that had to be removed by their service team, the extra key (that they made me pay $300 for) wasn’t ready, and I had to wait over an hour and a half to sit down and sign the paperwork. Meanwhile, my 7-year-old son and I had to sit in the dealership, skip lunch while we waited, rush through the paperwork, and run out the door to get back home on time. The car is great and I’m enjoying it, the buying experience was completely disorganized and amateurish. More
