I brought my Jeep, to autonation jeep because my jeep had oil in my coolant reservoir and transmission issues on my 2019 Jeep Compass. I work at a Lincoln dealership down the street so I figured it was my be oil in my coolant reservoir and transmission issues on my 2019 Jeep Compass. I work at a Lincoln dealership down the street so I figured it was my best option. Me being in the automotive business I knew the problem with the oil in my coolant was because of a head gasket issue, I brought that to their attention and told them that was the cause of it, they decided to replace the thermostat even though there was nothing wrong with it. Thinking it would solve the issue. It did not solve the issue and when I went to pick up my vehicle 56 days later after no communication that they were waiting for parts to come in or what was happening with my vehicle. I picked it up and paid almost 500 dollars after my bumper to bumper warranty. Left the dealership missing my engine cover and my transmission not going into 3rd gear, my coolant reservoir was replaced and had oil back in it not even 2 days after I picked it up. Very disappointed with the service and the quality of work. I told them what needed to be done and everything was ignored. Then they tried to charge me over 500 dollars in labor to replace my battery’s. Before video and after pictures below. More

This is the worst AutoNation dealership I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2018 Jeep found rust on it the next morning I took it back to return it under there five day 200 mile no questions asked but all the with. I bought a 2018 Jeep found rust on it the next morning I took it back to return it under there five day 200 mile no questions asked but all they gave me was slack and excuses. Also After I bought the jeep two service lights came on so they scheduled me to have it repaired the following Tuesday which was a mistake because I think they were trying to get past the five day give it back no questions asked. They’ve tried to fix the jeep three times and the problem still remains. The last time I took it in instead of fixing the start stop feature that they have been having issues in determining what was wrong they simply just disconnected it and gave the jeep back to me. I’ve called the general manager Danny and the GSM Emily told them what happened through voicemail and asked them to call me back I did not receive a call from either. I tried to return the Jeep several times and they refused so I guess what I’m trying to say is they don’t care about you after you walk out the door and they sell junk. Even the service manager Doug told me he was embarrassed that the car was even on the front line and that it should’ve never passed inspection so now I got a rusted 2018 Jeep that doesn’t run correctly and they can’t seem to fix it. Doug in the service department was the only employee to actually call me back when he said he would not even my own salesman would do that. These people don’t care about you if you want a Chrysler or Dodge go to Brandon Dodge on Broadway or Southwest Chrysler Jeep I have bought vehicles from both of them and received excellent care and their service departments are top notch.
