I feel bad for rating AutoNation at a 2. However, I had to book my vehicle for service almost 6 weeks prior to getting service. I have consistently received poor service at this location. No one greets you or tells you to hold on when you walk in. After waiting 15 mins, one of the reps called me over. She was helpful through the process, which was a first. When I was checking out, I had been charged a random $64 “punch-in / time clock” on my bill that the rep. could not figure out what it was. Found out 2 weeks later that they also hadn’t topped off my windshield wiper fluid. Better experience than any other time, but still needs improvement. More
They squeezed me in on short notice for oil and filter change and had me out of there in less than an hour. Also sent me a video of everything they did and what the inspected. I was late for my appointment. Had it marked incorrectly on my calendar. I was the last appointment for the day, but the service agent (a nice young woman) took extra effort to se Had it marked incorrectly on my calendar. I was the last appointment for the day, but the service agent (a nice young woman) took extra effort to see if a technician was still available. They stayed late to perform the service. Afterwards the young lady commented on how well maintained the Jeep was and chatted for a few minutes, talking about how well I care for the car. She was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciate their extra effort and friendliness that day. Service was performed exactly as I expected. Very professional and courteous. More
