I had a fantastic experience at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway. My sales person, Jason Byrd, was the best! I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee and he was very thorough going over each vehicle component/o Broadway. My sales person, Jason Byrd, was the best! The take a long time to answer the phone. They rush you through and they out in on their system mileage incorrectly. The car was set in Kilometers. Maybe you need to hire more mechanics and service reps? I wanted to call to explain they put in the wrong mileage in the paperwork but I do not want to be on hold for 20-30 minutes. Moreover; when you use the automated system for a call back, you never get a call back. Poor service and it seems nobody cares. Your employees are burned out and I don’t blame them. Please take care of your employees, hire more people and maybe pay them more? That’s your decision, but I am not satisfied. More
Purchased 2017 Jeep, service dept. left engine cover off which was on the vehicle when purchased. Battery on vehicle ended up being bad, so I had to purchase a new battery. I have reached out to this dealership multiple times and was promised by David (sales associate) to receive a phone call back from Emily the sales manager, she never called me. I don't expect reimbursement for the new battey, although I wasn't expecting to have to buy one within a month. What I want, is the engine cover that was on the vehicle when I purchased it. The fact that I can't get a phone call from Emily the sales manager shows a lack of professionalism. At this time, I can't recommend this dealership due to my bad experience. More
