The car we got was well priced and the buying experience was easy. The post sale experience was less than stellar. First of all, we only got one key. We weren’t told there was only one key (no spare) until was easy. The post sale experience was less than stellar. First of all, we only got one key. We weren’t told there was only one key (no spare) until after the deal was done. Problem is, the key is $350 and we have to pay for it out of pocket. Second issue is that we were told the car would be ready with a “new car detail” by Monday morning. Monday comes around and the car hasn’t even been into the shop. We were told it would be ready by 4. Fine. We get there at 4 and wait for 15 minutes for the car. The car is clean but doesn’t have a “new car detail”. There was dust in the door handles, the dash, the console and the inside of the console was dirty and had trash in it. We drive the car away from the lot and a service alert comes up. OMG. We nearly lost it. They are taking care of the alert, but this should have been handled before delivery. I’m sure the car will be fine but we won’t be buying from this dealership again. If you are going to offer no haggle pricing- everything needs to be included. More

Very friendly service staff, but it shouldn't take 6 weeks for an oil change. They need to staff up. This is the largest Jeep dealership in the area, but they look like the smallest. Extremely poor service with the service department. Been in 3 times to fix some trim and it still is not correct. It has taken over 45 days and I always have to do the follow up.
