Working with Allen in sales and Jack in service, I was very pleased with the experience. They replaced an alternator on my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and did a great job. very pleased with the experience. They replaced an alternator on my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and did a great job. More
Your service and parts employees are courteous, helpful, and considerate of our time. They diagnosed the battery issues and completed the work by the end of the day. I have over three pages written on everything that has gone wrong at this dealership. From the top down it's been a horrible experience buying a brand new Jeep Rubicon that is a 64k paperweight since the gone wrong at this dealership. From the top down it's been a horrible experience buying a brand new Jeep Rubicon that is a 64k paperweight since the day I got it over a month ago. Twice it was towed off my driveway in which I was told to call a number and take care of it myself, both times. Then had to track down answers about what was going on over weeks, never hearing from any manager. No one has seemed to care that I'd gotten sold a lemon and not once had the Managers contacted me without having to track down their emails or get words to them through salesmen or service. (Service dept has been great btw, Bre in service has been the only person who seems to understand how much this sucks, we love Bre.). I wish I had the room to explain every single thing that went wrong. Management, (Daniel Madigan,) is truly uncaring, or incompetent to an extent that is comical. I had to get a lemon law lawyer just to have some sort help and protection from this dealership and since they learned of this, they completely cut off communication, (not surprising obviously, I get that) and won't even give me the contact info for the General Managers superiors, (which I asked for multiple times even before the lawyers). This isn't even over, and probably won't be for months now because of how Management, (Daniel Madigan,) has handled selling a completely useless and broken brand new Jeep Rubicon. There are other dealers within 15 minutes where you can get your car, just trust me and don't bother with this one. More
Several months ago I dropped my Gladiator off because of a jerking in the transmission. I checked every couple of days and each time was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet. I went in a week later to t a jerking in the transmission. I checked every couple of days and each time was told that they hadn't gotten to it yet. I went in a week later to talk to them and the service writer conferred with the service manager who came out and say he'd personally driven the jeep and didn't find a problem. I left and took the jeep to Castle Rock Jeep. Within a couple of hours they called and said that they had diagnosed the problem and would need to order and install a new transmission. They followed up within a few days and after I dropped the Jeep off, they were done by the end of the next day. I've waited to write to make sure it all worked out and I couldn't be happier with Castle Rock Jeep and although I bought my Jeep at Broadway, I can assure you that I will never seek service there nor will I buy from them again and will encourage others I know to avoid Broadway Jeep. Danny and Carl and Steve were great. Very professional and friendly. We got a great deal on the exact car we wanted. The showroom was spotless and the process was quick. 0 Stars if I could… I called Wednesday evening about purchasing a used car. Agreed on numbers and the sales menu and have my own financing arranged based on the VIN. Salesman and I committed to meeting purchasing a used car. Agreed on numbers and the sales menu and have my own financing arranged based on the VIN. Salesman and I committed to meeting between 1 and 3 on Friday since Thursday was a holiday. I had a funeral to attend Friday morning (which I also shared with him). Got a call at noon that they sold the car to another customer. As I called to inquire, the other deal wasn’t done, but due to some silly policy about “holding cars” they sold it anyway. Dealer could have made it right since the person buying didn’t even have financing yet; however they refused to honor our original commitment. Would recommend buyers look elsewhere to more reputable dealers. Gone is a world of gentleman agreements and handshakes as they lust for the bottom dollar. More
I came in with an appointment regarding a recall and asked if my vehicle was safe to drive. The dealership refused to state that my vehicle was safe to drive, did not indirect my vehicle, and then lied asked if my vehicle was safe to drive. The dealership refused to state that my vehicle was safe to drive, did not indirect my vehicle, and then lied to Jeep wave about what they did. I have the receipt from the visit and the write up on it was the complete opposite of what Jeep wave started the service manager as saying. Maybe FCA is lying, who knows. I'm the mean time I am in a vehicle that the dealership service department refuses to say was safe to drive, putting myself and others at undue risk without anyone attempting or offering any other solution.
