The salesman was great. He worked hard to get me what I asked for but the maintenance department was not. They were ready for my service appointment when I arrived. They estimated about an hour for the service to be completed. It was done in under 40 minutes. Service always takes longer than originally expected. (1- 1/2 weeks v.s. "a couple of days". However, this was because the technician found two problems with previous work done at this dealership. I arrived for my appointment promptly and was told it would be potentially a couple hours before my oil change/tire rotation were finished. Additionally, I hadn't realized my Jeep wave benefits had expired unbeknownst to me, and I wasn't able to use those benefits previously as getting an appointment was so difficult. Therefore, I'd paid for maintenance that should have been covered by my lease. The associate that helped me ended up taking $60 off my final bill to atone for these issues-above and beyond! More
For a guy that usually cringes when it comes to car shopping…this was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership in a long time. From the start with the sales team Brandon to the finance department shopping…this was the best experience I’ve had with a dealership in a long time. From the start with the sales team Brandon to the finance department and General Managers I have never been happier than I was working with this team. Very excited and went above and beyond to see what I wanted and was very honest about what they could do in regards to my situation. If you are a serious buyer and can be patient and give them a chance to make it happen, I guarantee they will impress you with their services and give you the best experience possible. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable car and incredible customer service experience. More
