Alec the service adviser on Monday was nice and called me that evening and ask to keep it another day. That was the last I heard from anyone, I had to call and Alec was always off that day no matter what day it was. I spoke to the sevice manager on Tuesday (I called) he was rude and a jerk! Wednesday was a blizzard, Thursday was a make up day. So I called Friday because, you guessed it no one called me. They couldn’t find the problem so they ask I’d a Tec could drive it over the weekend, I let him. Monday a week later, no call. I called Tuesday and they said they needed to drive it (“really” I’m not making this up) called Tuesday night and said it ready and there’s no noise. I picked it up today Wednesday and it sounds exactly the same. I personally recommend not ever going here for anything! The purchase was great with James (Andrew he goes by) but if this is their level of incompabency they do not desire your hard earned dollar! More

They Cheaters and Liars! Never take your car to them.. I took my wife's 2014 Jeep as it was leaking at the rear differential. It was to be a warranty fix, but the stupid service advisor was lying to me that there is a damage on the axel, which I knew there was not any damage. They also told me that an evaporator needs to be replaced, which was another lie. They wanted me to pay over $500 for a repair that should be covered by warranty. After many arguments, I left the stupid place and still paid over $150. The Service Manager was in it. I will never go to any Auto Nation place for service....I hated the experience. More
Adequate I have 2 vehicles, a '14 Grand Cherokee and a '16 JK Unlimited that I've recently had serviced here for recalls or maintenance. This dealership is on I have 2 vehicles, a '14 Grand Cherokee and a '16 JK Unlimited that I've recently had serviced here for recalls or maintenance. This dealership is only 5 minutes from my house and they are easy to get on the schedule. I'll hand it to them that they are trying to improve. My most recent visit was oil and tire rotation while I waited. They were done within the hour scheduled and communicated which is a huge improvement over an appointment 2 months ago. My disappointment with this service was I asked for a five tire rotation and they only did 4 and didn't do the recommended "rear cross pattern". I had to fix this at home myself and took less time than scheduling another appointment. More

Horrible experience with sales and service I purchased a certified 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 12/29/17. Two weeks or so later when I had the fluids checked, the mechanic checking the fluids found a leak next to the transaxle case plug and a seal for the transaxle case. I informed the Sales Manager, Steve Kern and he started swearing at me about how hard he busted his xxx to get the deal done. That is problem one. Problem two is I tried to contact corporate 6 times over the course of 6 weeks to no avail. Problem three is that the transaxle fluid is in need of changing and if they indeed did an inspection, they should have found that. Before I even took it off the lot, a check engine light came on and the ignition coil needed to be replaced. Again, if they had done the inspection, they should have found it. I also have tried to contact the finance department to find out the expiration date of the certified warranty and in two weeks, I never heard back from them. I called for status on the repair numerous times on 1/16 and as of noon, Mountain time, they could not give me a status. At Noon, they had the vehicle in their possession for 5 hours. More
