A Jeep Wrangler is an iconic vehicle. It offers options no other vehicle does. I would suggest, however, that before purchasing one, have a friend who is a skilled mechanic. I originally purchased mine wit no other vehicle does. I would suggest, however, that before purchasing one, have a friend who is a skilled mechanic. I originally purchased mine with Medved in Castle Rock. To schedule either a repair or service there, you can only do so by leaving a voicemail and not one of the many I left was ever returned. After regretfully firing them, I moved to AutoNation. Service and repairs there were slow, but at first I was able to at least schedule them. Sadly, when an item under warranty failed, I was always forced to fight to get a loaner vehicle to use while the defective item was repaired. The last repair, a broken wire to the rear defroster coil, took five visits and nearly a year to repair. The dealership never initiated contact, I would wait for 1-5 months to hear a status update (my Jeep was driveable, so I was able to utilize it during this time, thankfully!), call, leave numerous voicemails which seemingly never reached anyone and finally get irritated enough to physically visit the dealership. In the end, I was told honestly, if somewhat condescendingly, that Jeep had had the issue of the wire breaking off on a great deal of Jeeps and was trying to find a cheaper solution than replacing the rear window (which was their diagnosis for mine) before repairing any more. Apparently, one of the highly paid engineers at Chrysler finally suggested simply gluing the wire back on and, after nearly a year, at the doorstep of winter, my insanely overpriced vehicle was "repaired" with a tube of superglue. Suffice it to say that I am currently searching for a Jeep dealership that achieves even a basic level of service and am hoping in the near future to switch to a vehicle that may not have a removable top but at least doesn't break down so much and when it does, can be repaired in a reasonable length of time by a team of professionals who answer their phones, return calls and treat a customer as if it is not their fault they spent fifty thousand dollars on a vehicle that breaks down. I called and the lady who answered the phone said to bring it by anytime to have it looked at. I did just that, the service team was very rude and would not even look because they said that they were too busy. I then went to the GM and he took the time to look and have the parts service team order me a radio that would arrive in two weeks. Three weeks later no phone call to schedule replacement and when we called they had no record or idea of what we were talking about. My husband called and was speaking to the service person and he hung up on HIM!!! So he called the GM and he took the time to schedule the install on Saturday. I called back to confirm that I would have a vehicle to drive and he also was clueless as to what was happening!! This place sucks for customer service and organization. I feel that I should be compensated in some fashion with all of the horrible treatment and customer service. Do not buy from this location on Arapahoe buy from another location!!!!! More

When I called for first service and told them it was part of my purchase and 'free' - I offered to drop it off for the entire day either Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri. Nope - too busy, couldn't get it done even if I left it the entire day. They did offer to set an appointment on a Saturday which I reluctantly agreed to. We set it up for 1:00 p.m Saturday. I arrived at 12:45, checked in and the tech told me it would be ready in 3 or 4 hours!!! Said they don't actually make appointments it's more of a first come, first served. Additionally, he told me that they don't replace wiper blades for the first 12,000 miles regardless that it's in the warranty. Needless to say, I did not wait 4 hours for an oil change. Got a good deal on the jeep when I bought it. Found out after the purchase that they don't intend to make it easy or convenient if you actually want the 'free' service. Haven't been back since that experience and will never step foot in their dealership again. Mark More

unprofessional I love my jeep, but I hate this place. Took my Rubicon in for a recall, to get tires rotated and to get a new locking lugnut. I called before I came I love my jeep, but I hate this place. Took my Rubicon in for a recall, to get tires rotated and to get a new locking lugnut. I called before I came in to pick it up to double check that it was done, but when I got there, the service person had put "done" under something that had not been completed. When I asked them to do it, the advisor told me they "might have to cut the lug nuts off if they don't have a universal key for it". When I pointed out that they had just charged me to rotate my tires, he seemed a little surprised. Moral of the story, I had to come back later on a Saturday to pick up my Jeep for something that took maybe 5 minutes to complete. I can't stand this place and won't be back. More
IF YOU DON'T TAKE OF THE CUSTOMER, SOMEONE ELSE WILL! We had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with stubborn electrical issues. While I can appreciate it takes time to troubleshoot and diagnose the issues, our service We had a 2019 Jeep Cherokee with stubborn electrical issues. While I can appreciate it takes time to troubleshoot and diagnose the issues, our service advisor was mostly difficult to work with. I originally dropped the car off about 3 weeks ago and he called me the next day saying a battery cable was loose which fixed the problem. Well, we picked it up at night and maybe 12 hours later on the way to work, SAME problems. Hey, again I understand this was a complicated problem. Here's where it went downhill: No loaner vehicles which I understand so I had to uber to and from work 3 times over the next few days. Hey, I'm a patient man so I went with it. Getting information out of my service advisor was like puller teeth. Apparently, Chrysler has a rental car program under the warranty after diagnosis. OK great. They also have a tow service. I never did get a rental but eventually I got a loaner. I did use the Chrysler tow line service which was great! Except for just one small issue - The tow truck driver COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO HOOK UP MY JEEP. So at great risk with a faulty electrical problem going on, I drove the car myself to the dealership and took an Uber to work. We finally got a rental a couple of days later and began diagnosing the problem through Chrysler. First they thought it was the alternator so they replaced the alternator which took a few days. When that didn't solve the problem, it was back to the drawing board. On about 11/18, my adviser told me they would be doing further troubleshooting. I may be off a day or two but I think that's accurate. By Friday, 11/22, I hadn't heard anything but no big deal as we had the rental. Monday, nothing. Finally, On Tuesday I wrote my adviser explaining that it had been a week and I did not appreciate not having an update. He fired back with some TUDE, saying he told me last week the alternator was bad and when he heard something, he would tell me. WOW. I was shocked at his response making me out to be a "bother". Well, later that day he emailed back saying they found the problem and the car was fixed. We picked it up on 11/27 and it had a CRACKED WINDSHIELD! Trust me, the windshield was fine when we dropped it off. When I pointed it to him, his response? "yeah, it's the cold weather" Another service adviser stood right next to him backing him up" I asked him if he was going to fix it since it broke under their care and he said, "nope, we're not responsible for windshields". As we were sick of the car and wanted to trade out of it, he recommended a salesman and we did look at a beautiful 2019 Grand Cherokee for $39,999 and said we might be back to look at it. Well, we thought about it and decided that Jeep Autonation did not deserve our business and we did buy a 2019 GMC Acadia for the exact same price(we did get a discount) and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. What does a windshield cost? $100? $200? Hey, I'd like to congratulate this punk service adviser for saving his dealership a couple of hundred bucks by not doing the right thing and replacing the windshield THEY broke. It only cost them a $40,000 sale and not just our business, but everyone I tell from this point forward. More
Bought a jeep wrangle and was talked into the extended warranty with the deal that if we dont use it during the warranty period we get it back. Still in factory warranty and scheduled an appointment. Th warranty with the deal that if we dont use it during the warranty period we get it back. Still in factory warranty and scheduled an appointment. The had the jeep for 5 hour and when my wife went to pick it up they had not touched it and said they couldn't get to it that day and wanted her to leave it over night. Not sure how many people just have a spare car to drive around buy we dont. We only have one car per driver. They were rude and had the attitude it was our problem not theirs for being so incompetent they couldn't tell her when she dropped it off at the scheduled time that they were behind. Better yet call us before we drive an hour to drop it off. I am glad I found out how bad their customer service is now because I will he in the market for another car next year and know where not to go. Please take my advise and go anywhere but Auto Naition. The assistant service manager made an appointment for me. When I showed up to have my Jeep serviced I met with the same assistant manager and unbelievably he was in a worse mood than when we made the appointment. He was very rude to me and seemed bothered that I showed up.to the appointment. Jeep has been sitting outside for over an hour now and nobody even looked at it. I will never come back to this dealership again and probably wont ever buy another Jeepnif this is the way I am going to be treated for warranty issues. More
Do not use this dealership! This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My brand new 2018 Jeep experienced smoke under the hood in Nov 2018 and we drove it to the closest dealer to look at it. They had the Jeep for 2 1/2 weeks with 1 phone call the entire time and could not tell me what was wrong, other than they had to "wait for parts" When it was all said and done, I had to pay $160 out of pocket for labor and service on an oil change and that was not covered under my warranty. Fast forward to July 11 when my Jeep started smoking on 1-70 on the highway with my young child and dog in the car. We pulled over and smoke was all over the vehicle. We had it towed to the same dealership as they already had a record of the previous incident. Brandon was my service tech who called me only 1 TIME in almost 3 weeks to tell me he wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that, they were "waiting for parts" They had no loaner, no information and I could not get a hold of anyone in service. When I finally walked in to demand answers, my car was suddenly ready and they said that it was all due to going to a different dealer for an oil change. They also tried to charge me for another oil change and labor, another $104. They were so rude and condescending and belittling. I didn't ever get a straight answer on what went wrong, and when asked if my car was at risk for going up in smoke and flames again, if they could guarantee their work, I was told that "there's never any guarantee" I was also told to fill out a survey. I told them I would be happy to as it has been terrible service, and they won't email me the survey. So, here I am. Do not use that dealer ever!! More
I was uncomfortable with the service depart from minute one I wasn't acknowledged at the service area even though there were 3 employees at their service desks. I did not have my Jeep serviced at this dealersh I wasn't acknowledged at the service area even though there were 3 employees at their service desks. I did not have my Jeep serviced at this dealership, I left after the communication I had with this department. I wrote an email to the general manager about my experience and never received a response. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced at this location be prepared for it to be an unpleasant experience. I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at a different location where my business is most appreciated. More
