I am a little disappointed with the quality of customer service I received at this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment and I was told immediately that they would probably not even see my jeep til the service I received at this dealership. I had a scheduled appointment and I was told immediately that they would probably not even see my jeep til the following day. I understand staffing shortages so I left my jeep anyways for my scheduled 60K maintenance. I also needed to have a few other things checked out on my jeep. These issues were apparently addressed and I was told that they would possibly not be covered by my extended warranty. My advisor informed me that he would put in the claim and get back to me the following Monday. I did not receive a call back and when I called, I was left on hold multiple times and I asked to speak to a different advisor and was told that the only one who could help me was the original advisor that wasn't calling me back. I ended up calling a different AutoNation and they were able to look up my services and was told that a claim was never put in for my issues under my warranty. I am very disappointed with the service I received from AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe. More

I had a complicated insurance claim due to theft and it required a lot attention. Initially, when I brought my vehicle for repairs , the service advisor (Who no longer works here) was horrible. I was trave required a lot attention. Initially, when I brought my vehicle for repairs , the service advisor (Who no longer works here) was horrible. I was traveling for work a lot during that time, and I could not stop by regularly so my vehicle sat there for months. He would not communicate with the insurance adjuster or myself and there was always an excuse. As a result my claim was denied twice. I was ready to pick up my vehicle and take it elsewhere. That’s when Travis Boling, the assistant service manager, learned about my situation. He immediately took action and resolved my claim within days. Travis communicated with me and the insurance company effectively, and regularly. He changed a very negative experience, and even worst review into a positive one. Thanks to Travis, I found a shop that I can trust and return to in the future. More

I took my car in for a service repair and Harlow was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure the service was done quickly and worked with my insurance to get everything taken care of.
