That could be later that day or the following day or whenever they get to it - what now you are out of a vehicle for several days while your car sits in the lot “waiting” for us to look at it. They don’t care. More
Went in for service on my vehicle- oil change and overall call inspection. No information was provides to me on updates of the vehicle (had it for over 5 days), called multiple times only to be told we will call inspection. No information was provides to me on updates of the vehicle (had it for over 5 days), called multiple times only to be told we will call you right back (never did), and when I finally called and was told my vehicle was ready, it wasn’t and had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the car. Overall not happy with service to the point I have made another appointment to get the car looked at cuz I don’t trust them. Will never use again, even if that means traveling farther to another dealership. No one was friendly and everyone tHere seemed to be annoyed that I brought my vehicle in. No worries. I won’t be back More

I dropped my jeep off and the random service advisor started going through the recommended services but double the price. I had to show him my email confirmation of the price. The service advisor said the web site was wrong but he would have my service advisor call me. My assigned service advisor called me just after i dropped my car off, and i texted him my email. He honored the price. Frustrating - you just want honest service not some used car experience with some hack trying to gauge me. BTW one week later the web site still has the original price that i was quoted so apparently the web site wasn't wrong or is still wrong. More
Auto nation might regret reminding me to fill out this review. I have a Pacifica hybrid with under 9000 miles on it. The check engine idiot light came on so I contacted the Arapaho Chrysler dealer for an appointment. With my schedule and their openings I had to schedule 5 weeks out. Come the day of and it’s the biggest snow storm of the year but I’ve got an appointment and I’m going to keep it. I end up at the dealer early. Now my understanding is that the way to diagnose the meaning of the check engine light is to plug it into the computer and it tells you what is wrong. Not a big deal. Imagine my surprise when I was told I could get my car back in four or five days. Me “What? I have an appointment “ service rep “that just means we will put you in line to have the car looked at. Check back next week. If you don’t want your appointment we can reschedule “. Note the preceding sentence was not spoken in an accommodating tone of voice. It was more of a, if you don’t like it you can go to hades tone. At this point I was not a happy camper and didn’t want the car back till I was sure it was safe and dependable. Me” ok keep it. Can I get a ride home?” Rep. “ No because of covid we are not giving rides or providing loaners”. I would like to point out not one person in the dealership was wearing a mask or practicing social distancing so there is some kind of a huge disconnect there. Then just to top it off the rep locked my keys in the car and had to pry the door ajar to reach in with a long tool to flip the lock manually. I’m not sure that he didn’t slightly tweak the door. My wife was kind enough to drive 20 miles through the aforementioned snow storm to retrieve me. Four days later I got my car back and it needs a part that might be available in a month or so. The car is safe to drive and in the current environment I’m not surprised that there is an issue with parts availability. On the other hand, I think it shows a total lack of consideration to not be prepared to run a diagnostic test in a timely manner for a person that has an appointment. It’s kind of like showing up at the hospital for a scheduled operation and being told “ well we’ll get around to you in a few days.” When I picked up my car I didn’t have to deal with the disrespectful rep who checked me in. I got one of the nice ones. I am now waiting patiently for the call telling me the part is in. More

I've been taking my Jeep to AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe for many years for service and maintenance. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. What is important to me is that Arapahoe for many years for service and maintenance. I have always found the staff to be friendly and professional. What is important to me is that they "know cars". Their shop has the feel of service versus sales. More
I understand the times but when you make an appointment 1 week away, then when you get there you should not be told they will not be able to get to the car until tomorrow. why make an appointment.
