Stood at a desk window as employees walked past me for 10 min. Would have left but car really needed service. Decided patient waiting wasn’t going to work so had to get rude. That worked. Service people fine/effective after that. Trouble is, I’m not a rude/pushy person so I’ll go elsewhere next time. More
Professional, good at diagnosing a problem. I had my vehicle towed in and scheduled for repair. The repair was done within the estimated time I had my vehicle towed in and scheduled for repair. The repair was done within the estimated time More
My Service rep was Zackarie Perry He was very good to work with. He work hard to keep me informed. It took about 1 month to determine what was wrong with the electrical system that caused the 2 batteri work with. He work hard to keep me informed. It took about 1 month to determine what was wrong with the electrical system that caused the 2 batteries to drain overnight. When local techs could not determine what the cause it was kicked up to corporate to assist in identifying the problem. Again Zack was great through entire process. Only reason for less than 5 stars is the amount of time it took to resolve. More
Hands down the worst service experience of my life. I have bought 5 Jeeps from Auto Nation. 2013 Grand Cherokee, 2016 Grand Cherokee, 2019 Grand Cherokee, 2014 Jeep Wrangler, 2015 Jeep Trailhawk. I have bought 5 Jeeps from Auto Nation. 2013 Grand Cherokee, 2016 Grand Cherokee, 2019 Grand Cherokee, 2014 Jeep Wrangler, 2015 Jeep Trailhawk. I scheduled my appointment for Tuesday, May 31st at 9:30 am. We dropped the 2015 Jeep Trailhawk off on Monday afternoon and used the drop keys box so the vehicle would be there in time. I called the dealership on Tuesday afternoon to confirm it was in being seen. The service advisor had no idea who I was or if they had the car. Said he would call me back - He didn't. Now starts the theme of this experience. These people could care less about calling you back. I was under a time crunch to get the vehicle back. I needed to know when they estimated it would be ready. On Wednesday after calling back thru the industry's worst phone system 3 times I finally got my service advisor. They said the car would not even be evaluated before the weekend. 6 days after I dropped it off. I then called the Service Manager and got him on the phone and asked for some intervention. He said the car would be ready Thursday June 2nd. I called back numerous times to be told they would call me back. No one calls back. Finally, on June 8th I got the service advisor on the phone, and he told me of the work that was completed and then shared the additional work they suggested. The work completed was $1,300.00, the additional work was +$4,000.00 and included a new alternator for $1,400.00 that he said went bad when they were working on the car. I told him to prepare the car for pickup and that I was going to ensure that I documented and posted my review of their service when they sent me this review request. I then took my car directly to a non factory mechanic who did an independent evaluation. He tested the entire electrical system and called me back indicating there is no alternator issue at all. While I am not a mechanic I am capable of determining when someone is jacking me around. My car was at Auto Nation for 9 days. 7-8 of those days the car was not being evaluated of worked on. The lack of caring or etiquette to return calls was appalling. Having purchased 5 Jeeps from these people gives me no more right to expedited service than anyone else. Being a paying customer should give me the right to reasonable call backs, a scheduled service appointment that is not 1 week before my car will be seen and an evaluation of repair that is remotely close to the issues the car has. Had I not intervened and told them to stop work and prepare my car for pickup I would have paid Auto Nation at least $1,400 for an alternator I did not need. Worst Service Experience of my life!!!!!! I was on vacation in Denver from Georgia. My check engine light came on during my drive out. I called on a Tuesday, explained my situation and was told I could bring the jeep in on Wednesday My check engine light came on during my drive out. I called on a Tuesday, explained my situation and was told I could bring the jeep in on Wednesday for them to work on. I received a call from a different person and was told the soonest they could work on it was Friday. I explained the vacation and stranded without a vehicle to no avail. Friday afternoon cane and I received a call that my jeep wouldn't be looked at until Monday. I had to rent a car for the weekend. Out $300for the car rental with no sympathy from the dealership. When I did pick it up, they forgot to latch the hood, my bad for not checking. I almost had an accident driving away. The dealership always does good work, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I'm glad I won't be back More
