They had my jeep for 5 weeks, did not fix anything. Finally picked it up because I got fed up not having a car. Was suppose to contact me to have me bring it back instead closed the ticket. Inexcusable Finally picked it up because I got fed up not having a car. Was suppose to contact me to have me bring it back instead closed the ticket. Inexcusable service, their phones do not work so you can't get ahold of them. If I reported them to AutoNation who never even responded to my complaint. I never even imagined I could have an experience that bad. More
Alexander Johannes has screwed up multiple times and never is apologetic or helpful. he neglected to use our coupon for 3 oil changes and then despite declining a tire rotation, bc hubby specifically sa never is apologetic or helpful. he neglected to use our coupon for 3 oil changes and then despite declining a tire rotation, bc hubby specifically said, "no thanks, i get that done for free at discount tire", he did it regardless and charged us for it. when hubby brought that up, he asked, "do you want them to rotate them back?" what a foolish thing to ask. take accountability for your lack of work ethic, lack of attention, and refund the money. he did after my husband asked for a refund, but do they pay you extra to be so ignorant and not give a darn about the customer? The last time my son was in (also had a 3 peat oil change coupon that Alexander ignored), i had to take the time next day to walk in and get the package that Alexander failed to do. he was really uncaring and unhelpful and said he couldn't do anything about it. i asked for a manager, he said that he was out or busy. Then, thankfully, the manager walked out of the office and i asked kindly to speak with him over this issue. he quickly told Alexander to change the 27 and make a note that we bought 3, so that it is in the system and there will be no issue next time and to ensure that there are 2 oil changes remaining at the 3 for $100. Alexander seems to do bare minimum in every interaction that we have had with him. he clearly doesn't like his job and he should not be there working in customer service. Also, if you don't find someone in the waiting area, maybe they went for a walk, or to the lavatory. call their phone, ALex!!!! Hubby left for a bit, came back and sat around, and finally he went to check bc it had been so long, and while waiting for Alex to check status, hubby looked outside and the jeep is just sitting there- done and ready to go! Alexander as clueless as he is caring! DUH!!!! On another note. Service techs/anyone who drives our cars. leave the radio as we have it, leave our seats as we have them (you are driving for a matter of minutes, you have no business changing our customizations!), clean your fingerprints off of the steering wheel, door handle, and gear shifter. remove the floor foot paper, and the number tag. we shouldn't have to clean up after and toss rubbish for you. Lastly, i feel at times when we have an appointment, but choose to leave, that you take your darndest time with our vehicle(s). That is not ok. I have things to do, so whether i wait or go, you should adhere to my appointment time and take care of me as soon as possible, not assume that i can wait all day on you and everyone else that comes in after my appointment. This happened (ALEX again) on our other (2013) jeep in january. he pretty much kept the jeep all weekend long! i meant to review then, but i was so peeved i had nothing good to say. More

The passenger front panel trim was missed/not addressed as I had asked. I waited 4 hours and had to check on the status of my vehicle after being told I’d be called with a status. Overall not happy or sa as I had asked. I waited 4 hours and had to check on the status of my vehicle after being told I’d be called with a status. Overall not happy or satisfied. Pet pev, I do not like being called “Boss”. My name is Kent, or Mr Gaither. More
I've owned my 2022 Rubicon for 2 months. It has been in the shop twice already, and I was told to expect my radio head unit to go out soon as "they all do". My check engine light came on It has been in the shop twice already, and I was told to expect my radio head unit to go out soon as "they all do". My check engine light came on so I had the code pulled, made an appointment, and brought Jeep Arapahoe the report. They said it was a very simple fix and wasn't even important, and acted like I was wasting their time. (Then why the xxxx did my engine light come on?) With that response, I figured it would be a quick fix. I left the Jeep at 10:45 AM and I never heard a peep so I keep calling in the afternoon for an update on this"simple fix'. No one ever answered but the automated bot. I twice left a message asking for a status and requesting a return phone call as I was advised I would not lose my place in the queue. No callback. Ever. I called again at 5:00 PM and the recording said the phone system wasn't working. At 5:30 PM (7 hrs later) I drove to the dealer to see what was up. They said they needed it until the next day because they had to order a part for this "simple fix". No apology for not calling to update me and not honoring the callback promise. Obviously, my Jeep is under Warranty, so it didn't cost me money, but it wasted over 24 hours of my time. Not being kept in the loop or getting returned phone calls is terrible customer service. If they weren't the closest dealer to my house, I would never go back. And I WILL spread the word More
When I bought my 2004 Jeep from Centennial I purchased the Lifetime oil package which has been in effect for 18 years til 12 Jul. Because of my illness I had my Granddaughter schedule an appointment for a the Lifetime oil package which has been in effect for 18 years til 12 Jul. Because of my illness I had my Granddaughter schedule an appointment for an oil change. She was informed that the contract is no longer valid because Doug Moreland no longer owns the dealership because it is now Auto Nation. If you check the service records I have been getting free oil changes even with Auto Nation for years honoring the contract because I was informed by letter that the contract will always be honored regardless of the owner. This change of policy all of a sudden is a breach of contract that I purchased in good faith. More
