Might be the worst company in the world, certainly the worst service at the most expensive price. NEVER buy their extended warranties or any of their service lies. Avoid buying anything from them you do worst service at the most expensive price. NEVER buy their extended warranties or any of their service lies. I can't believe I was lied to about the price, had extra charges added for things not used and nothing was done despite the failure being directly related to a previous repair they screwed up. More
The service staff have really gotten better over the years and are really nice to work with. However, the one reason I can't give them 5 stars is because the waiting area is terrible. It's very uncomfortable with torn couches and not enough chairs. And it's hard to work there when you bring a laptop compared to other dealers on the same road. Started with personnel unable to find my appointment in the system even though I both received and presented a confirmation number. Dropped vehicle off just before my scheduled 9:30AM appointment time for my vehicle's first (purchased in new condition) 20,000 mile servicing. After 2 hours (11:30AM) I receive a call stating that they didn't have any oil filters in stock for my vehicle...So my vehicle now needs to be kept for an additional 3.5 hours to allow an oil filter to be delivered. Technician said the vehicle would be ready around 2:30PM but quickly changed the pickup time to 3:00PM to allow time for deviation. So 3:00PM comes around and still no communication from the service department yet. My wife and I finally just decided go ahead and take an Uber to the dealership just so we could be there when the vehicle was eventually ready. We walk in around 4:00PM and we hear "Oh we were just getting ready to call you! Perfect timing!" Technician gave us a free car wash...6.5 hours for my vehicle's first 20k servicing. Inefficient. I just purchased a couple of months ago. Sales is 5+ stars, Service department needs help. I had to call on the 3rd day to get the assigned service manager to notice my ticket was assigned to him. I was treated like I was interfering when I entered the service department. I never had such a bad experience in my life. More
The service person assigned, Alex was rude and highly non communicative. Given some of the other reviews on this site it seems Alex is a common thread of poor customer service. Dropped the vehicle in the am on a scheduled recall. Phoned about 3pm to check status only to find out they hadn’t even gotten to it and it needed to sit overnight. Additionally, the work I asked to be completed on the car via an inspection was not completed to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this dealership. The internals looked close to someone’s garage shop with some specialized equipment. More
