Chris in service was absolutely awesome. I didn’t have an appointment schedule and he found a way to get me in and get all the work done in a prompt manner. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I had the unfortunate luck of watching two sales employees get into a verbal battle over some paperwork. This was done in an open area where they yelled and cursed at each other. This could of easily been done behind a close door and it wasn’t. I brought this to Chris’s attention. More
The employees here are all awesome and very helpful, but their service center is incredibly slow. It’s never taken less than 2 hours just for an oil change, and last time it took four. They should honor their appointments and time estimates or make it right to the customer - consistently communicating, being thoughtful and polite, and honest work are all great but don’t make up for hours on hours in the waiting room… More
We own a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 90,000 miles and it suffered a catastrophic engine malfunction. We had to have it towed to the AutoNation Jeep Dealership on Arapahoe Road. 8 weeks later we receive it suffered a catastrophic engine malfunction. We had to have it towed to the AutoNation Jeep Dealership on Arapahoe Road. 8 weeks later we received our Jeep back. The dealer did not provide us any rental or loaner car and quite frankly they didn't even entertain the idea. I had purchased 7 Chrysler vehicles in my life and will NEVER EVER buy another jeep or any other Chrysler product. The dealership did find an engine replacement from a dealer in Indiana otherwise MOPAR was on back order for a replacement engine for months. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication and truly the lack of customer care or consideration for the hassle of being down a vehicle. They have lost a long standing customer and they could quite frankly care less. More
The customer waiting room is terrible. When I picked up my vehicle, I was told my car was on it's way to the seervice area and I waited 20 minutes. Zach was very helpful.
