EVERY TIME I come here for maintenance I have trouble with the service department honoring my Chrysler maintenance Plan. I have been told the finance people sell things they don't know about. I've been t with the service department honoring my Chrysler maintenance Plan. I have been told the finance people sell things they don't know about. I've been told that I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been told that a plan like this doesn't exist. The only reason this review is a 3 and not a 1 is because Meghan, the CFS Manager and Justin, the Service Director were able to make my situation right. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others although, I am doubtful. Its a horrible feeling to know you are in for a debate every time you show up for a maintenance service that you previously paid for. More
Made an appointment for my first service and waited 3 hours. When they came to tell me my car was ready they discovered mine wasn't ready they had done someone else's car instead and I had to continue t hours. Bought a used car 40 days ago from them, and it’s been back to them twice already! This last time it had to be towed because the battery was SO dead. What does the used car inspection cover? Chris in service was absolutely awesome. I didn’t have an appointment schedule and he found a way to get me in and get all the work done in a prompt manner. All credit goes to him and the ma I didn’t have an appointment schedule and he found a way to get me in and get all the work done in a prompt manner. All credit goes to him and the maintenance crew for doing great work. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because I had the unfortunate luck of watching two sales employees get into a verbal battle over some paperwork. This was done in an open area where they yelled and cursed at each other. This could of easily been done behind a close door and it wasn’t. I brought this to Chris’s attention. More
The employees here are all awesome and very helpful, but their service center is incredibly slow. It’s never taken less than 2 hours just for an oil change, and last time it took four. They should honor their appointments and time estimates or make it right to the customer - consistently communicating, being thoughtful and polite, and honest work are all great but don’t make up for hours on hours in the waiting room… More
We own a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 90,000 miles and it suffered a catastrophic engine malfunction. We had to have it towed to the AutoNation Jeep Dealership on Arapahoe Road. 8 weeks later we receive it suffered a catastrophic engine malfunction. We had to have it towed to the AutoNation Jeep Dealership on Arapahoe Road. 8 weeks later we received our Jeep back. The dealer did not provide us any rental or loaner car and quite frankly they didn't even entertain the idea. I had purchased 7 Chrysler vehicles in my life and will NEVER EVER buy another jeep or any other Chrysler product. The dealership did find an engine replacement from a dealer in Indiana otherwise MOPAR was on back order for a replacement engine for months. My biggest complaint was the lack of communication and truly the lack of customer care or consideration for the hassle of being down a vehicle. They have lost a long standing customer and they could quite frankly care less. More
