Been going there for 5 years, this was the last time! !! I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to look for a rattle, that was possibly my parking brake. They Told me I h !! I took my Jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation. I also asked them to look for a rattle, that was possibly my parking brake. They Told me I had incorrect brakes, and I needed to replace rotors/brakes and pads. They were after market parts not the"wrong"parts. The service advisor stated the techs are not used to after market parts and my brakes were fine. The tech also broke my wheel lock key and they made me pay for another set and labor to install them. They didn't fix the rattle, which they stated came from my brakes missing a retaining clip. I brought them all new clips, I paid for labor to have those installed. So 3 days and $500 later I still have a rattle. More

When I arrived for my service appointment none of the service advisors greeted me. Two of the four weren't on the phone or assisting others; they were busy eating their breakfast burritos. Someone fina service advisors greeted me. Two of the four weren't on the phone or assisting others; they were busy eating their breakfast burritos. Someone finally acknowledged and helped me and he was pleasant. Service was performed in a timely manner. I don't believe my tires were inflated properly after rotation. Rear tires are to have more air than the front and it is the opposite. The furniture in the service waiting area is extremely dirty and worn and I didn't really want to sit on it. The entire dealership needs a face lift. I realize that doesn't play into whether they provide good service, but it certainly does not give a very good first impression. There are many other dealerships that provide a much nicer experience. I am not sure I will return to this dealership for service in the future. More

Terrible service. Took my car in in the morning after waiting a month for the appointment. At 3:00pm, I called to check the status of car repair. Was told THEN that Took my car in in the morning after waiting a month for the appointment. At 3:00pm, I called to check the status of car repair. Was told THEN that they were running 2-3 days before they would even look at my car. It is the only transportation I have, so I asked if I came and got my car and the 2-3 days passed could I then bring it back and get back to my place "in line." They said NO, it would have to go to the end of the line!! That is unacceptable. DOn't give appointments if it is going to be several days before you look at the car. Appointment times should be made for the day you can look at the car. I will NEVER bring my car back to this dealership. More

EVERY TIME I come here for maintenance I have trouble with the service department honoring my Chrysler maintenance Plan. I have been told the finance people sell things they don't know about. I've been told that I don't know what I'm talking about. I've been told that a plan like this doesn't exist. The only reason this review is a 3 and not a 1 is because Meghan, the CFS Manager and Justin, the Service Director were able to make my situation right. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others although, I am doubtful. Its a horrible feeling to know you are in for a debate every time you show up for a maintenance service that you previously paid for. More
Made an appointment for my first service and waited 3 hours. When they came to tell me my car was ready they discovered mine wasn't ready they had done someone else's car instead and I had to continue t hours. Bought a used car 40 days ago from them, and it’s been back to them twice already! This last time it had to be towed because the battery was SO dead. What does the used car inspection cover?
