They need to maintain cleanliness. They did not include problems when I tried to add my service appointment. The car was not cleaned after the service appointment. First Zach Eidson scheduled my service on labor day holiday in which found out they were closed after 2 of us in 2 ca Horrible customer service!! First Zach Eidson scheduled my service on labor day holiday in which found out they were closed after 2 of us in 2 cars drove there... I went in on Tuesday to discuss the issue and Zach had the nerve to have an attitude about scheduling me on a holiday with NO apology or remorse. Then after a week of the car being in the shop, Zach called and told me the car was ready for pickup and that I owed $787 which was not covered under the extended warranty to get my vehicle with NO pre-approval by me before the repairs were done. They would not release my vehicle until I paid the balance in full. I've been trying to resolve the issues with the service manager and am still waiting for an update 1 week and 2 phone conversations later. This place is a joke and I will never go back. The jeep dealer on Broadway is the best both sales and service! More
I Made this appointment weeks ago. I dropped my patriot off on the 19th at 5PM. I called around 4 o'clock on the 20th the day of my appointment and was told by my service advisor Chri I dropped my patriot off on the 19th at 5PM. I called around 4 o'clock on the 20th the day of my appointment and was told by my service advisor Christopher Sullivan that my patriot hadn't been looked at yet. and that it would probably (yes, Probably) be looked at the next day. my patriot was there for an oil change , to check the vibration in the hood. and order trim panels for the passenger and driver front seats. I said this was unacceptable. He then said "just because you made an appointment doesn't mean your vehicle will be looked at". at this point I asked to speak to the manager. Gary, supposedly the manager said the dealers across the USA work this way. I told him that is not true. I have worked in a dealership for 20+ years and when you make an appointment you get your vehicle looked at that day and if work is needed they call you with an estimate. I asked for my vehicle to be returned to me NO WORK DONE... I then took it at 4:45PM to Christian Brothers just a few miles up Arapahoe Road the very same day. and they took my patriot in and all work was completed the very next day. so, if I could give NO STARS for this appointment I would. I scheduled work to be done on my Jeep. I dropped it off at 8am for my scheduled appointment at 9:15am. I spoke with Zach and let him know all the things I noticed and asked how long the Jeep would be needed. I am a full time wheelchair user and this is my only vehicle. He said that it would be done by end of day unless a part was needed for electronic throttle. Around 5:30pm I call to find out that the Jeep will not be done and Zach apparently didn’t feel like calling and letting me know this. So next day comes and I assume it will be competed first thing as indicated by Zach. Around 2:30pm I call because I have an appointment at 5pm which I let Zach know when I dropped it off. When I do finally get him on the phone he says their just finishing up and he will be calling me. Around 4pm I call again to find that Zach has left for the day and is off the following day. So this man actually took my only handicap accessible vehicle and didn’t bother to call me one time to let me know what was going on. I am told when I reach service center that my Jeep will be done at 6:20pm. Upon arrival they wanted an additional $200 when they didn’t even replace the parts. I can’t stress how unprofessional and inconsiderate this process was. I was left without my Jeep for 2 full days. The manager Zach was supposed to call me last week but as suspected he did not call. I will NEVER bring my Jeep here again. They didn’t use any floor mats to protect. No seat protectors. Left oil on the door handle and seat. I will never recommend this place for service either. Such an unprofessional experience. More
