I set an appointment in advance for Monday. The car didn't even go to a technician until Friday. I made an appointment on a Thursday at 7:30am to have my Grand Cherokee looked at, because the AC was making a noise and it need an oil change. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days, so I expected to have my Grand Cherokee looked at, because the AC was making a noise and it need an oil change. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days, so I expected to have my car sometime on Saturday. Saturday around noon I called to check on my car and no one had even looked at it yet. Then on Monday morning I called to check once more and still no one had looked at my car. After talking to the manager they put a rush on my car and because of this it was miss diagnosed and the problem was not fixed. Now I have to take my car back again and have it looked at again. Very poor customer service and I would recommend taking your car to another dealership. More
Their check in process for service is terrible. Our official appointment was on a Tuesday with a 3-4 day diagnosis. We dropped off Monday night and the only thing they confirmed Tuesday is that they received the car. 3-4 days went by with no follow up. I called and no response from the team team, my husband called Friday, no response and he was just transferred back and forth without a status. Then, I called on Tuesday (1 week later) and was transferred back and forth, only to be told that it was in the queue and they couldn't tell me where, what #, only that it had not been touched. Nothing until Thursday when they said they tried for 30 miles to replicate the problem without success and to come and pick it up. Oh, and you can't just make your appointment and it get diagnosed, you actually have to make your appointment, drop off your car to get in line and then the waiting starts. Ridiculous. We have lived and used dealerships in Oklahoma, Austin,, San Antonio, El Paso, Seattle, Olympia, WA, Tacoma and this is by far our worst experience here in Aurora. We don't have family around and that is our family vehicle to safely travel with littles and their car seats but they didn't care, they are like... let's leave this family without their family vehicle as long as possible and not communicate. Go elsewhere. We've been using Antero down the street since we moved here but the dealership is the only one that can do a system update and clear a recall. More
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. The car was brought in because the engine light came on. My car sat on the lot for almost a week. The service advisor said they ran a che dealership. The car was brought in because the engine light came on. My car sat on the lot for almost a week. The service advisor said they ran a check and it was an electrical issue. Then he told us it was very complicated so they would need the car at least another week because they would only allow the techs to work on it 2 hours a day because it was exhausting work and they needed to be “rested and fresh” so 2 hours was all they could handle. We decided to get the car and take to another dealership. When we picked it up they had lost all the paperwork, so no proof anything was done. We made them re-run the check and it was not electrical. We took the car and took the gas cap off and then put back on tightening it. GUESS WHAT? The light went off. They told us so many lies, they never touched the car. DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, they haven’t got a clue. More

Never fix an issue the first time. I bought my chrysler from them in 2018. First issues a some tiny piece in the transmission was broke took 2 visits and 2 months to get it fixed. Second time I am still having problems, there is an issues with the brakes, after first visit for the brakes they told me everything is working. A week later and it still has the same issue. I am so over it. More
