I took my Jeep in for a legacy Pentastar motor issue that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution that another entity tried twice to resolve. I was strung along with the effort being put into resolving my issue and after 33 days and no resolution I had to pull my Jeep from this dealership. The unprofessionalism by AJ not being forthcoming with the effort and progress was disappointing to say the least. After 2 weeks and no progress I involved Justin the SD but I still received similar excuses. Once a tech actually spent time on my vehicle I was reminded “I can’t do work for free”, even though a diagnosis still hadnt been made. I opened a case with Mopar to get financial assistance and that was a joke. I involved the GM but was still reminded that they had other vehicles to work on, even though mine had prob been there the longest and had the highest priority. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled, by all involved. I will never buy a Jeep again, and I would certainly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else for repair if possible. More
As usual I had another wonderful experience at the AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the mor AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe! I had to drop my Jeep off after hours and it was great to hear from Zach, the awesome service provider, in the morning confirming they got my Jeep checked in and they were starting to work on it. I was getting my front and rear diff fluid changed and an oil change. Zach did an excellent job staying in contact with me about my Jeep! When they were working on my Jeep they found something that needed repaired, Zach got a hold of me, explained what the issue was, gave me a fair quote and had that part fixed! It’s so nice to work with someone who is kind and honest! When I picked my Jeep up Zach was busy but AJ quickly assisted me! Both Zach and AJ have exceptional customer service skills and make the whole experience with servicing my Jeep stress and hassle free! Another gentleman quickly got my Jeep pulled up to the front so I could have an easy exit! My Jeep looked brand new!! And it drove so smoothly! Thanks to the whole team at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe!! More

By looking at some of the previous reviews, I think that you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis wa you know that the service at this dealership is one of the WORST I have ever dealt with. My Jeep was towed in on a Monday & preliminary diagnosis was one thing & then another & after 6 days, the vehicle was finally ready to be picked up. The technicians were obviously not well trained! I will not recommend this dealership for anything in the future!! Very sad that you cannot get decent knowledgeable help!!! More

This is the absolute worst customer experience in my life. I scheduled an appointment three weeks out, dropped my vehicle off for a safety alert message diagnosis and potential repair – a SAFETY issue. life. After ten days and significant communication with the service technician, my vehicle had not even been diagnosed much less evaluated and repaired. After reading other reviews of people having vehicles held by the dealership for extended periods of time and not being touched, I retrieved mine. I will never, ever purchase another vehicle from Autonation or waste my time, convenience and the cost of alternate travel to have them do nothing. They should be embarrassed, but the attitude I received was indifference at best. More

I made an appointment on a Thursday at 7:30am to have my Grand Cherokee looked at, because the AC was making a noise and it need an oil change. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days, so I expected to have my Grand Cherokee looked at, because the AC was making a noise and it need an oil change. I was told it would be 2 to 3 days, so I expected to have my car sometime on Saturday. Saturday around noon I called to check on my car and no one had even looked at it yet. Then on Monday morning I called to check once more and still no one had looked at my car. After talking to the manager they put a rush on my car and because of this it was miss diagnosed and the problem was not fixed. Now I have to take my car back again and have it looked at again. Very poor customer service and I would recommend taking your car to another dealership. More
Their check in process for service is terrible. Our official appointment was on a Tuesday with a 3-4 day diagnosis. We dropped off Monday night and the only thing they confirmed Tuesday is that they received the car. 3-4 days went by with no follow up. I called and no response from the team team, my husband called Friday, no response and he was just transferred back and forth without a status. Then, I called on Tuesday (1 week later) and was transferred back and forth, only to be told that it was in the queue and they couldn't tell me where, what #, only that it had not been touched. Nothing until Thursday when they said they tried for 30 miles to replicate the problem without success and to come and pick it up. Oh, and you can't just make your appointment and it get diagnosed, you actually have to make your appointment, drop off your car to get in line and then the waiting starts. Ridiculous. We have lived and used dealerships in Oklahoma, Austin,, San Antonio, El Paso, Seattle, Olympia, WA, Tacoma and this is by far our worst experience here in Aurora. We don't have family around and that is our family vehicle to safely travel with littles and their car seats but they didn't care, they are like... let's leave this family without their family vehicle as long as possible and not communicate. Go elsewhere. We've been using Antero down the street since we moved here but the dealership is the only one that can do a system update and clear a recall. More
