People were very helpful and friendly. Only complaint is it took five days to schedule an appointment, then even with an appointment it still took over a week just to diagnose my car. Not sure what the purpose of scheduling an appointment is if it still takes over a week to have anyone even look at my car. More
Took my Jeep to get serviced and when I got it home it was leaking oil all over my garage. I called to tell them and they made me wait for a tow truck to show up 3 hrs later and take my Jeep back to their was leaking oil all over my garage. I called to tell them and they made me wait for a tow truck to show up 3 hrs later and take my Jeep back to their dealership. They semi fixed it but my Jeep is still leaking oil! It wasn’t leaking prior to taking it to this place. Don’t trust this service department at all and won’t use them again! More
If it was possible to score lower than 1 star I would. Unfortunately AutoNation's customer service has been deteriorating since I purchased my Jeep in 2020. This was an egregious example of that. My car went into limp mode and had no power accelerating on to the highway, I immediately called for an appointment and was told the earliest anyone could get me in in the Denver Metro area was three weeks later. I confirmed the appointment twice, with instructions that I wanted a diagnostic completed because this was not the first issue I've had. I was told I had a confirmed tech, for a confirmed appointment time of 830am. When I arrived I was checked in and told that appointment times are not "real" they are a guideline for check ins. Then I was told that technicians are not able to be scheduled "but when someone becomes available they can come check out the car." After two hours I went back to check in - see if there was any update. No luck. Another two hours goes by... no luck. The person checking me said "You could actually wait here all day and not have anyone become available" So I asked - "What happens if I wait here for 8 hours and no one comes?" He responded "Well you can just come back tomorrow." I told him I live two hours away, and confirmed this appointment twice for a simple diagnostic how is it possible to not have someone available? He shrugged and said that's just how it works. After 7 hours of waiting - the person who checked me in came to get me, he proceeded to plug a code reader into my vehicle and tell me there were no errors. We went on a test drive and nothing happened, so I asked was a tech available now to do the diagnostic? He replied "Oh a tech isn't coming, and since there are no errors there is nothing we can do." Dumbfounded I asked "what happens when my car shuts off on the side of the highway again?" He replies "Well you can just tow it in." Through all of this not a single person checked in with me in the waiting room. Gave updates. Proactively gave any type of customer service. Due to this situation I will be trading in my vehicle and going with a different manufacturer and dealership and will never do business with AutoNation again. More
I accidentally showed up a day early for my appointment. The Service advisor accepted my daughter's jeep anyway for service. The jeep was in for an oil change and tire rotation and during the vehicle inspec The Service advisor accepted my daughter's jeep anyway for service. The jeep was in for an oil change and tire rotation and during the vehicle inspection it was found to be in need of an alignment. I appreciated the direct and honest communication. I'm glad that my daughter's jeep is safe to drive now. I will use this Service Department again. More
After experiencing a faulty battery on my 2 year old Jeep that required 6 roadside assistance calls, I was less than pleased. My usual service dealer would not even schedule me for 3 weeks. I worked with AJ and he was a class act! Upon arrival, suddenly they tell me they can't get around to taking care of my jeep (or complete) until 3 days later. Now I had to scramble to find a ride home since I live on the other side of town and they don't commute beyond five miles. I get it, you're short staffed like everyone else, but please make that clear way ahead of time so your customers can plan accordingly!!! Your Golden location has always had the same day turnaround and have never lead me astray. Please fix this communication problem, otherwise, I'd say don't take your vehicle here if you need faster turnaround. More
