I was getting a sporadic CEL P06DD (2012 JGC with 115k) and all dealerships in the metro area were booked out. I have been getting ready for a trip and was nervous about driving it a long distance. Last we and all dealerships in the metro area were booked out. I have been getting ready for a trip and was nervous about driving it a long distance. Last week, the light finally stayed on long enough to take it in; service was booked out and service advisor said if I could leave the vehicle they would try to look when a tech became available, but he warned without an appointment, they would do their best. Advisor called the next day, said a tech became free, diagnosed a bad oil pump, he had called MOPAR MAXCARE, part was ordered and everything was fully covered. A few days later, I got a call that the vehicle was repaired and ready to go. Highly recommend MOPAR MAXCARE and the dealership provided great service and communications throughout the repair. More
