AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Arapahoe - Service Center

The service department is ridiculous and not well trained. They had my vehicle for over two months without fixing the problem. My husband finally brought it home and fixed it within and hour of havin trained. They had my vehicle for over two months without fixing the problem. The service advisor who assisted me, Chris, with my car was very polite and helpful. He explained the three options recommended for service on my vehicle for it's 45,000 mile service. I have had my Jeep Rubicon serviced at different dealerships. Autonation Arapahoe was my favorite. Recently warranty service was handled timely and I did not get pressured for more services. They forgot to tighten the oil plug. I have a giant mess in my driveway.
