Be aware that this place is not a place you should go/shop. The service department is primarily the main reason for this review. AJ is an abysmal and disrespectful individual. He doesn’t care who he o go/shop. The service department is primarily the main reason for this review. AJ is an abysmal and disrespectful individual. He doesn’t care who he offends. He lies and manipulates the situation to benefit himself. That goes for the service manager as well. They presented me false numbers and then during the signing presented me with different numbers and said it was my fault for not understanding. Final paper showed almost $700 more. Where did that come from? The point is, it shouldn’t have happened. Furthermore, I’ve never been afraid to take my vehicle anywhere for service until this dealership. They’ve had my vehicle in service twice. And both times they have successfully damaged my vehicle. it’s plastic part, my paint and now leather on my steering wheel. The GM refused to fix the paint, and I had to argue about the plastic sill plate that they broke during the repair. Next they washed my car which it didn’t need and whatever hard water chemicals were sprayed all over my car had to be professionally removed for $250. During that time they washed the car they scratched and damaged the paint area on the passenger side doors. Finally I took my vehicle in for an update and AJ was so rude and disrespectful. He told me that I could come pick my car up at 4:45 or when we call. They did call they didn’t even leave a message on my voicemail. I know some reviews are gross and nasty. This one is just flat out as truthful as I can be without directly stating negative things that were said from the staff to me. Please do not go to Chrysler AutoNation Jeep. They are a very horrible and acerbic place to be. More

My first service appt. at this dealership for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Service appt. was on time and everything went smooth. Waiting lounge is a nice area and clean.
