The service takes long to communicate back to you about your car. Always have to be the one to call them first to get updates on your car. The management at this location has their jobs for a good reason- sometimes patience is key to quality customer service. After a disappointing experience with a service employee, the service manager Justi reason- sometimes patience is key to quality customer service. After a disappointing experience with a service employee, the service manager Justin went above and beyond to fix the problem. People in the "real world" kept telling me that the management wouldn't care about my situation, but once again, AutoNation proved that wasn't true, and they absolutely care about their customers. One employee or bad experience doesn't mean the entire company or dealership is bad. I had to take a step back and be as patient as I could while the situation was taken care of, so it could be taken care of properly. The people who are in charge of fixing human error, are also humans themselves, and they need time to process and manage to make things the way it should be. I genuinely appreciate Justin and his service team for getting my kids and I back on the road; I feel like I have a brand-new SUV and couldn't be happier with the drive. Thanks again Justin More
