In the past I have avoided taking my vehicles back to the dealership, but the AutoNation off of Arapahoe is an exception. I made an appointment for service and dropped off my van that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. Not five days to have the work done, 5 days that was having a few minor issues. It took FIVE buseinss days to get an answer and a quote for the work. I do not understand why they take service appointments if there is no one to actually look at the vehicle, I was without a vehicle for 5 days and had no idea when I'd get it back. I called multiple times a day and texted multiple times. It took 4 days just to get someone to say "a tech is looking at it today." Then I didn't get an answer that day! The work it needed was mostly a software update. More
