My service contact was out sick after dropped my Grand Cherokee off for spark plug replacement. Since there was no message saying so, I continued leaving him messages to get a status update. Could have been resolved easily with a voicemail greeting informing me of the situation. I'm also frustrated with how Mopar is handling extended warranty requests, as I'm told that the dealer can only submit requests for approval via email, which can take several days to get a response back, thereby tying up the vehicle for way too long. It has been a few months now since I first took my Rubicon to AutoNation Jeep on Arapahoe. My three visits involved a warranty repair and service. I worked with Alex J., and dealing with him has been a pleasure. He is knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. I would recommend him to anyone as a service advisor. The team delivered the car when they said it would be ready, and all work was performed to my satisfaction on all three occasions. More
Went in for a routine oil change and an inspection for a mechanical issue to be diagnosed. Was told that it would take a day to do. Service center/rep would not return my calls or give me an update. I had to have the Sales Department physically walk my information over to the Service Center to finally receive a call back. Car was in the shop for 4 days and they still did not perform the oil change correctly - my service light is still on. Was also told that my mechanical issue would be covered by my warranty; however, I am still waiting for someone from the Service Center to confirm and get this repair scheduled. More
I took my Jeep in for some warranty work. They completed the work with high quality and honored the warranty. I was pleased with the service. The service agent, Henry, did a fine job. Two improvement suggestions would be 1) I had an appointment that I made online for a Monday morning and did not get my Jeep back until late Friday afternoon; looking at my Jeep the first day of appointment would expedite the process as my Jeep was not looked at until that Wednesday (Day 3). 2) I had another non-warranty item I had asked to be looked at, and they were not able to get to it, so I will have to revisit that next time; having my Jeep for five days it would be helpful to review all items requested. Other than that, great work! More
