It has been a few months now since I first took my Rubicon to AutoNation Jeep on Arapahoe. My three visits involved a warranty repair and service. Went in for a routine oil change and an inspection for a mechanical issue to be diagnosed. Was told that it would take a day to do. Service center/rep would not return my calls or give me an update. I had to have the Sales Department physically walk my information over to the Service Center to finally receive a call back. Car was in the shop for 4 days and they still did not perform the oil change correctly - my service light is still on. Was also told that my mechanical issue would be covered by my warranty; however, I am still waiting for someone from the Service Center to confirm and get this repair scheduled. More

Two improvement suggestions would be 1) I had an appointment that I made online for a Monday morning and did not get my Jeep back until late Friday afternoon; looking at my Jeep the first day of appointment would expedite the process as my Jeep was not looked at until that Wednesday (Day 3). 2) I had another non-warranty item I had asked to be looked at, and they were not able to get to it, so I will have to revisit that next time; having my Jeep for five days it would be helpful to review all items requested.
